Great price and works fantastic
Love the smell and texture of this as well as the color. Spreads out well and effectively cleans and hydrates my tired, dry leather horse saddle components, belts etc. A nice consistency and appearance. Very helpful in shining up my saddles and bridles. Also gives the leather a lovely clean look. Helps with strap flexibility and longevity. Magnificient quality and very frugal cost. Found it to be quick acting and effective. Creamy and easily applied. Penetrated dry leather really well.

Refreshes leather to original condition
Cleaned and restored 11 year old car leather. Very effective, easy to apply with no residue. Gives the perfect matte leather finish. Gentle to use and has a nice fragrance. It will restore, clean and condition a lot of leather with just 1 can.

Good leather conditioner for everyday use
Every time I use this on my saddle, I appreciate how smoothly it spreads and how nicely it makes the leather look. It has a pleasant texture and a nice color that brings my horse tack back to life. I often use it in the barn to clean and hydrate my dry, cracked leather straps and bridles. It’s easy to apply and just the right consistency to penetrate well. I’ve noticed my saddles feel more flexible and seem to last longer with regular use. It’s also a helpful product for shining up the leather without much effort. The quality is nice and the cost is quite reasonable. I’m happy with how quick it works and the results it gives.

Good leather treatment for busy riders
I grabbed this to deal with my kids’ pony saddle and my old trail saddle that was starting to dry out. The stuff goes on smooth and soaks in fast, so I can wipe it on between letting the dog out and answering homework questions. My saddles feel softer and less squeaky now, and the leather doesn’t look tired anymore. I just rub a small amount in with a rag and it shines up without a big cleanup project. Price feels fair and I’m glad I don’t have to baby the tack as much.

Tested 3 Products — Saddle Soap was the Winner!🏆
Fiebing’s Saddle Soap for the WIN!🏆 Growing up, I watched my Grandpa use saddle soap on saddles and bridles, but it never occurred to me to use it on leather furniture. I lucked into a Beautiful set of vintage leather club chairs that needed TLC. My first purchase was Leather Honey—it was sticky, messy, required a lot of buffering, and appeared to take color out of the leather. (This is why they say to test in an inconspicuous area first.) Leather Honey was the most expensive of the 3, and it left a sticky residue…on the leather, on my clothes and wrecked my gloves. Next I was swooned by the tik toks that swore by Leather CPR—it was easy to work into leather, Had the consistency of conditioner/lotion, did not smell, and seemed to brighten up both the leather chairs and boots I tried it on. Scratches were still visible, but of the 3 it seemed to ‘clean’ the leather well, so it gets an A+ as a cleaner. However, the next day, both chairs and boots looked said they weren’t treated, a the fading and light scratches reappeared. It took long time to dry and felt ‘damp’ but not sticky. I decided to do a side by side comparison of my boots. I used saddle soap on one and Leather CPR on the other. Saddle soap took less product and covered more. It appeared to both clean and condition. My boots were quite worn, and thirsty! It was a touch greasy, but it didn’t require much polishing. It left no residue, but I did wipe it down just to be safe. No transfer to my clothing. No scent that I could detect. I used a liberal amount on my chairs and the scratches were very much camouflaged! I used a microfiber cloth to apply. My daughter sat in one and commented how nice the leather looked/felt. It was a fraction (about a third) of the cost of the others, and I used just 1/10th of tiny tin. My boots fared well in recent wet weather, too. I don’t leave reviews super often, but if I can save someone else from purchasing 3 different leather cleaning/conditioning products, plus the expense, it’s worth it!

Works well for my leather gear
Wrote this while wiping down my camera straps with it, so timing feels right 😂. I grabbed this yellow saddle soap for my client meeting bags and my old leather desk chair in the studio. The tin lives right next to my sketchbooks now. I just dampen a cloth, swirl on the soap, and work it into my boots, belts, and portfolio case. Then I buff with an old cotton tee. The leather feels cleaner and a bit softer without getting shiny or sticky. One actual win: a water ring on my office chair arm pretty much faded after two light cleanings. i also like that the tin closes tight so it doesn’t crust up or stink up the drawer.
