One of the batteries was dead but you can get them at dollar tree. Make sure you read the directions. We thought they weren’t working and it said in the directions to flip the switches the opposite direction and that fixed it. If you’ve had these before you will know what I’m talking about

So far so good, This clicker is so small , when I take my dogs out for a walk I forget it's in my pocket. I'm in love with it cause before this I had a regular size gate opener & every time I took my dogs out for a walk I had this brick sized opener in my pocket moving around and of course very annoying. This, on the other hand is so nice and small sometimes I forget It's in my pocket. Also I don't understand the negative comments because it works so perfect for me . I mean I only have been using it for a few days now but couldn't be happier with the performance as well, Some of the comments say You have to hold it towards the gate for it to work and stuff like that but absolutely not true cause mine works from far away and without having to hold it towards the gate. as soon as i click it in my pocket or from inside my car it opens the gate and i love the fact that it came in a pack of two cause I'm keeping one in my car and one at home .

Be sure not to lose rubber switch cover. Remove battery.Select switches for code . Do not use “all” either on or off for programProgram by moving small DIP switches toward the toward the battery holder.Place battery in holder..Be sure rubber switch cover is placed back on cover plateReplace cover and screw.Programming is complete

Follow instructions for setup, works like a charm

Honestly think that they're super easy to set up and start using, but unfortunately realized one of mine just...doesn't work. I've matched the codes exactly, the battery is fully charged, but I unfortunately realized after I was already outside of the return window that one of them just doesn't work. But the one that does work properly has a larger range than I anticipated, is compact and easy to use, and was so easy to set up.

We live in a secure building & had old, large garage door openers. A few residents had their cars broken into & their openers stolen. Many of us went to these openers so our openers stay on our key rings now. It took a couple tries to get the code buttons set correctly but once that was done, they work great! We've been using them for a couple months & have no complaints.

I love having my remote attached to my key ring. It's so easy to use it when I drive up to the gate. At first I didnt understand how to program it. You do have to pay attention when your programming them. Once done they work like a charm.

They're not great - sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. Annoying. I missed the return window or else I'd've returned them.

I got these for my mom who’s in an accessible apartment with an auto opener for her door. Much more convenient to carry with her than the full size remote that she was given when she moved in. The batteries were DOA, but this was expected based on other reviews so I had ordered new batteries at the same time. It was easy to set the dip switches to match the door opener. Unfortunately the red LED indicator light died on both remotes after just a few actuations. The remotes still work, though, so I didn’t go through the hassle of returning them.

I like it, it compact.
