I bought and tested several wrist supports. I have some minor arthritis in my left wrist which gives me a bit of pain during gym sessions. I also have a manual job, so these have been great for both issues. They have Velcro grips and then a Velcro strap so you can adjust them to your wrists and your preferred tension. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Easy to use, gives good assistance to your wrist and confidence that you can still carry out normal tasks without causing the wrist further discomfort.

Been struggling with my wrist and this instantly helps. Makes day to day living so much easier as not having to constantly think about knocking it. Made really well, nice colour. Has a comfy inner wrap and then a very firm velcro fastening. Definitely would recommend.

I bought this bracelet for my husband who has weak wrists and he found it gave quite good support so bought one for the other wrist. Unfortunately, I had to return this immediately as the velcro fastening wouldn't stick. He is now finding that the original bracelet keeps coming undone so for that reason only would not recommend.

looks great to wear on work outfit, it doesn't look like some awkward hospital cast. It is adjustable and wearing for long doesn't leave a sweaty smell. The 'brace up' logo seem to be popping off already in just 3days, not sure what kind of material it is made of. Anyways, I think it's helping to support my wrist from the pain of a healing stress fracture around my ulnar styloid.
