The perfect thing!
I ordered this rack for my breezeway, to hold all the this-and-thats we have that just NEVER have the right place. The description, at least when I first read it, mentioned that this would come in a single box. When that single box came and I went to open it to then put it together...there was a note from the manufacturer that there was, indeed, another box on the way. WHOMP WHOMP.I waited a few days for Box #2, and it didn't come. I contacted the seller directly and they assured me it was on its way. I didn't see that second box. I contacted them again...and they asked if I might wait few more days. No problem...I didn't have an urgency for this. STILL didn't see that other box...so I contacted them again (this is about another WEEK later), and they said they'd ship out a replacement 2nd box.It finally arrived, and I was off to the races (well...at least another week later because I just did NOT feel like putting this monster together).BUT! When I finally DID get around to assembling this beast? It was actually really easy. Very intuitive, all things considered, and everything fit together as it was meant to (no weird mis-drills or anything annoying in the build). The unit is SOLID, and it can hold a BUNCH of stuff. There are some extra included pieces to be able to anchor this to a wall, if needed, but we feel it's stable enough, and we don't have any little kids or anyone trying to climb up it, so it's not going anywhere. Still nice they included that hardware.I would say that the paint seems to be prone to scratches and chips, but I'm really not worried about that, myself. You might want to know that, though.Despite the delivery delays...I REALLY like this piece. And the folks on the manufacturer's side were very responsive and helpful, so I won't even ding their rating for that. Stuff happens, and especially as we're getting back to a more normalized flow of business and product as we recover from this pandemic? No big deal. I'm of the opinion that, as long as a company tries to make it RIGHT? No worries! My best dogfriend, Agnes, likes the new rack in "her" room, as evidenced by the picture. :)

Great but with some defects
I actually am so surprised it arrived early, but it has low quality at least when it comes to the wooden materials. When I had to screw k. The bottom pieces of the shelf the wooden piece actually started to raise and make a whole in the opposite side even though we were using the premade home. Doesn’t make sense right ?But other than that the design is great and it holds a lot more than expected!

Impressed
This things great. Although the framing is definitely on the "budget friendly" side, it's not too fragile. As with any, the hollow tubing will collapse in on itself if you over tighten the screws, so it's imperative that you do NOT over tighten. The layout of the structural skeleton is strong. As long as you use common sense when storing things, you'll be fine. These things have weight limits. We have about 50 shirts and some jackets hanging up, some stuff up top, and heavy stuff on the bottom shelving. The finish is the typical fake wood grain that's popular now, but looks good and is slightly textured. It would be smart to assemble this in the area where it will be in your house, since moving it will be a pain, and possibly swaying in transporting it might result in some structural depreciation.

Not horribly hard to assemble.
I liked that even an idiot like me was able to assemble the unit. The only initial pain I had was figuring out which screw went with each metal connector. It would be better if the instructions had them numbered in separate bags as they had numbered the metal connectors. It is quite sturdy but does require two people to move it anywhere once it is fully assembled due to the weight of the board panels included for the top and bottom and in between.

Kind of a pain to assemble, but it's LOVELY
It's perfect for the space I put it in. So much nicer than the cheap pipe and fabric wardrobe it replaced.

COOL CLOSET FOR THE MONEY BETTER THEN CUSTOM
My son now has the most bomb closet that any 9yo has ever had !! Great quality, easy to assemble you just need to assemble it in 2 pieces and put it into closet and finish assembly that way if you have a normal size closet or you will have to put it together and then take it apart and reassemble it that way because of its width, doesn’t say that in directions but it’s kinda obvious lol.

Fantastic!!
This closet organizer exceeded my expectations. It was really easy to assemble by myself and it is very sturdy. My husband wants to redo his side of the closet with this system now. 5 out of 5 stars!
