**Q: What are the dimensions of this pull buoy?**
A: Hi there!  The pull buoy's dimensions: 5 1/2" x 9 1/4" (give or take 1/8").  This particular design is MUCH better than the buoys with equal sized ends.  Swim with the larger end of the buoy facing up...towards the ceiling. I hope my response is helpful to you. :)

**Q: what is the dimensions,  is one side larger?**
A: Standard size as all the others

**Q: Is this good for breaststroke?**
A: I only use it for the crawl (free style) but I have seen other swimmers use it for the breast stroke.  Definitely not good for butterfly.

**Q: How do you use this?**
A: place it between your legs just above the knees with the small end down. it immobilizes your legs and keeps them afloat so you can concentrate on your PULL portion of the stroke.

I’ve been using this Speedo pull buoy for several months now and it’s become a staple in my swim lessons . The figure-eight shape fits comfortably between thighs and stays in place without shifting mid-lap, which was a problem I had with cheaper alternatives.The foam is dense and durable — no waterlogging or compression even after heavy use. It provides just the right amount of buoyancy to keep my hips elevated so I can focus entirely on my upper body stroke and catch without fighting my body position.The black colorway looks sleek and holds up well without fading. It’s also easy to spot in a crowded swim bag.Bottom line: Solid, no-frills pull buoy from a trusted swim brand. Does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Would recommend to swimmers of all levels.

It provides good buoyancy, stays comfortably in place during workouts, and helps me focus on my upper-body technique while swimming.I've been using it regularly and absolutely love it.
