JAM Paper Gift Wrap - Matte Wrapping Paper - 50 Sq Ft Total (30 in x 10 Ft Each) - Matte Purple - 2 Rolls/Pack

This is heavy duty paper, and it did exactly what I needed, which was to wrap Christmas gifts and allow me to decorate them with chalk markers.It is heavy enough that there was no see through, bleed through, or tearing. It took chalk markers well, without losing detail.There is the possibility of lifting up the paper fiber if you work the market too long in the same spot, but that's the same with any paper.I will be buying this again.

The ONLY reason I gave this more than one star is bc it did actually wrap my presents. However, this is NOT wrapping paper. This is nothing more than construction paper on a roll. It is very very sturdy for folding and for weight. But, Scotch brand tape has the hardest time sticking to this paper. If I would've known this was construction paper, I wouldn't have purchased this. The wrapping job looks so mediocre simply bc of how stiff this paper is. Wrapping paper is very lightweight, this is NOT. If you want construction paper on a roll, you found it here. Nothing more than that though.

I purchased this wrapping paper because I wanted to wrap some gothic type gifts. I recommend this paper in the black shade.The black shade is opaque, matte, and gorgeous- not see through. In fact, the paper is black on the front side and the back side. The paper is also thick and durable, much like the texture of a brown paper bag. To get a nice, sharp corner on my gifts, I really needed to crease the paper. My gifts came out quite lovely.The only downside to this paper is the cost. 25 square feet runs out rather quickly.Great paper, I recommend it!

I see a lot of people displeased with this wrapping paper and I definitely understand why a person wouldn't like it. It is definitely more of a "paper" than a wrapping paper. It is not what I expected. I actually really love it! You can draw on the paper, write the person's name in pretty letters, the ideas are endless! It wasn't hard to wrap boxes in, in my opinion. Wrapping clothes, required you to fold it over, but I managed easily. If you're trying to force the paper to be something it's not, you will be disappointed. Gift wrapping in general is a lot easier if you just go with the flow and try to make it look nice.

I was concerned about reading someone's review stating they got construction paper but I received exactly what I wanted/needed. It is a bit too thick for my liking because it becomes a bit frustrating trying to work with the paper but it makes for very sturdy wrapping. Its perfectly Matte Black and was perfect for what I needed it for. I would definitely buy it again for other occasions.

This paper is awesome. It’s not like a regular wrapping paper. It more like actual paper in one big roll. I love that it’s not the flimsy paper that you usually buy from the store. It’s sturdy, thick, and all around amazing. My sister is doing a Mickey Mouse birthday party for my nephew and the presents are all wrapped in red, yellow, white and black paper. Should have bought all the colors we needed From this brand, (not just the black) Definitely worth the money, and will be buying more in the future as needed.

Bought the matte Black 2 pack and was able to wrap all 30 presents, even though some were pretty small I felt like I got my moneys worth with how durable and sturdy the paper is and I absolutely love the look of it! Will be ordering from them again!!

Heavy duty wrapping paper, great quality. Will be purchasing again this Christmas to wrap all of our presents. If you want to draw something with metallic markers or chalk as well, it’s a fine wrapping paper to do so. I loved this paper as it was thick and didn’t feel like it was going to tear the moment something rubbed up against it.

I'm fed up of nasty, cheap, ugly wrapping paper, so decided to go for this - and it's lovely. The paper is thick, the colour is consistent and it has a lovely matte finish.Combined with a nice bit of ribbon, and using a gold Sharpie to write directly onto the paper (thereby eliminating the need for nasty tags that get lost) and the result is lovely.

This is more like photography backdrop paper which you can buy 2.7m x 11m for under £50 so if i had known i would just have cut some off a roll i had. This is no good for wrapping at all, far to thick, i wrapped one present then gave up, total waste of money and it wasn't cheap!

The texture is almost like thick cardboard construction paper. Still God the job done for what I needed. If you are rough with it it can rip so careful

I ordered this to wrap all my christmas gifts... not knowing that the paper would be SOO thick,definitely good for other things and worth the price tho...a little tricky to use as gift wrap, I had to pre fold every piece.

For the price I paid, I expected to be able to wrap more than a few presents. I bought the same thing at the store for a quarter the price.
