Excellent DAB+ Radio - very happy 🙂
Perfect! My old DAB radio quit on me after many years of service so needed a replacement. The old one could also no longer receive Classic FM after it moved to DAB+ which was annoying. After reading the reviews I bought this one as it is a DAB+ radio. Easy to set up and works straight out of the box. Love the compact size and the sound quality is excellent. Easy to save favourite stations to the presets. Delighted with it so far. Recommend!

Excellent
This little radio is excellent, for something so small the sound is great, easy to set up and looks good. I recommend it.

Good Value
I chose this radio because it had both DAB radio and Bluetooth. You can also use it by mains electric or battery. I bought it for our office and everyone compliments how cute it is. Great sound, works well and picks up all the radio stations we listen to. Local (Channel Islands) and UK. A good buy and we even bought a second for the office upstairs

Good value, compact, basic radio.
Easy to use. Holds the station if you turn it off. Enough presets - 6 - for favourite stations.

Back To Radio And This One Is Great
Brilliant. I bought another. Great quality. Lasts ages with my batteries before I recharge them. You’ll have to retune if you move the radio to different place. Quality and variety of DAB stations seem to repeat play songs but, nothing to do with this item. For the oricr, I’m delighted with the two I’ve bought and, if I put the same station on each radio, I can get stereo sound or continuity from room to room. Lastly, listening to radio is better than being data profiled with streaming services.

Perfect unless you want to set presets
I ordered this as I liked the look of it and it had good reviews. It arrived quickly and was a lot smaller than I had expected but it’s only to go by the bed so didn’t matter. Initial set up was quick and easy until I came to the presets. Theoretically it should have been straight forward. All you have to do is go to the station you want, select a preset and then press in the volume button to save. As I said, easy in theory. Whether I had a dud I don’t know but I ended up with Radio 2 saved on the first 3 presets and attempts to override them failed miserably, I’m not one for reading instructions but I followed this to the letter. After half an hour it was repackaged and taken to the post office to send back. I have since ordered, received and set up a Pure radio which was £50 more expensive but much easier for me. However, if you do buy one and the presets are easy to set up, the sound quality isn’t bad at all. I felt it looked a little cheap, but it was £30, so I guess that’s what you get for that price range.

AZATOM DAB+ Radio
PROS: The price point for a DAB+ radio is good. Sound quality for a small radio isn’t bad. It’s portable if you use battery power. Build quality looks okay if not a little plasticky. It can be powered from the mains. Favourite stations can be stored. Has a sleep mode and an alarm. Can use earphones via a socket. Has an Aux In socket for a smart phone. Warranty is a decent length (3 years once registered). CONS: Unit is smaller than perhaps you would expect from the photos. Need to position aerial quite precisely to ensure strong signal and care needs to be taken when extending it as it’s quite flimsy. Setting the presets can be quite fiddly. Mains power cable could have been a tad longer. CONCLUSION: Given the price point this little DAB+ radio performs very well. Its size makes it ideal for kitchens and bedrooms. RECOMMEND? Yes
