I could tell they were good just from the packaging
It might sound silly, but you can tell these are nice just from the package. Each tip comes in a very thick plastic bag and everything is packaged into nicely folded foam and in another thick bag. The care it takes to package something like this let’s me know it’s a quality product. Each tip was factory tinned extremely well and the couple I tried heat up well and do the job. It’s really nice to get this abundance of good tips! Definitely recommend.

Nice to have such a wide variety for a reasonable price
First impressions were good. I measured them with calipers and compared them to the Weller product and they were within .005". (The Weller products varied .003" from each other). Then to tinning them, and they all accepted solder easily and evenly, without any voids. (Remember to tin any tip at the lowest temperature possible to prevent oxidation of the tip material before the solder gets to flow on it.) The heat regulation seemed good as well (I believe the heat sensor relies on the magnetic properties of the tip changing with the temperature of the tip.) All in all, it's nice to have such a wide variety of tips, since I work on anything from surface mount chips with the pins on .025" centers to hand wired 1930's tube radios. As for longevity, time will tell, but they come from a country where there is a LOT of hand soldering going on, so the need for quality soldering tips is very high. Hopefully these are part of that supply.

Excellent Weller Replacement Tips
Overall I am very satisfied with these tips. I am using these for a Weller WE1010 solder station. The tips fit just as tightly as the genuine Weller tips. They heat up well and are within the set temperature range. There is a large selection of tips included man’s plenty to get started. I would recommend these at this price point over the genuine Weller tips.

Great Variety of Tips
I have a Weller 1010NA soldering station. I originally needed some larger tips for better heat transfer to melt solder on larger gauge wires to PCBs. I bought a set which included some medium sized heads but ultimately it was still difficult to get the heat transfer I needed to solder or de-solder larger gauge wire to the PCB. I looked though other cheaper options for compatible heads, but they didn't seem to include the larger sizes which would provide the heat transfer I needed. However, when I came across this set, I saw that it included some larger tips that weren't included in the less expensive tips. I still choose this set even though I would have some duplicate tips. And it was well worth it, the larger tips quickly heated up the solder on the larger gauge wires and made it quick and easy to solder the wires to the PCB. I am pleased with the purchase. This set includes tips that EVERY set should contain. Don't struggle with smaller tips if you have larger wires or components to solder. The savings in time and frustration is worth the purchase.

10 PCS Weller ET Replacement Soldering Tips
The product showed on time. It has: 10 different tips packaged in separate bags, 2 free sample tips and a cleaning sponge. There are 6 different chisel tips ranging from 1,2 mm to 4.8 mm, 2 conical tips, a knife and a bevel tip. Over all quality is as good as the original Weller product and fits my WCC 100 perfectly and they keep temperature well. I wish there were few different bevel tips since I don't need 6 different chisels. Still an excellent product for the price, I will definitely get another set once I ware-out 1.6 mm chisel.

Good soldering tips for my Weller
These are good soldering tips. I used the ETA Chisel 1.6mm to solder a water detector kit. It fit the Weller WCC101 iron very well. Have never soldered this good before with lead free (99.3% Sn, 0.7% Cu) at ~710 deg. F. These tips made the job easy and quick; good heat transfer when using the right tip for the right job so I think the other tips will come in handy for other configuration and sizes of components. I am pleased with this purchase and the quality of the tips.

Please read before purchasing...
TLDR; If you are an electronics tinkerer or hobbyist, these should work fine for you. However, if you are looking to use these in a work environment (where the soldering iron is on 6-8+ hours per day), do not even go down this road...they do not last. At home, I may only use my soldering station for an hour or two, maybe 2-3 days per week. In this capacity, they (the set that I received) work fine. Because of this, I ended up buying a set for at work (since they're obviously cheaper than genuine Weller tips; about half the price) and at first, things were fine. However, after a couple of weeks, I slowly noticed that the tips were burning out. It didn't matter what you did to try and rejuvenate them, they will get to a point where they will just not hold the solder.
