You get what you pay for.
I can’t complain too much. It lasted 4 months for me before I woke up in the middle of the night, machine had turned itself off and I was collapsing my CPAP mask trying to get a breath. The lining of the hose had separated from the outer coils at the neck of the hose where it attached to my machine. I had no spare hoses. I was able to make it work until I got a new hose with 1 day shipping. Moral of the story... have a spare, check for damage frequently, and realize that you get what you pay for.

I bought this because my cat chewed holes in the original cord...
I bought this because my cat chewed holes in the hose that came with my machine. It fits my ResMed AirSense10--it's a bit more snug than the original hose was, and a bit harder to remove from the machine, but it's not problematic.I have no problems moving around when I sleep, aside from having to get used to a slightly shorter hose (I went to a 6 foot from a 10 foot). It's as flexible as my ResMed hose that came with the device, but it doesn't seem to be flimsy. I'll probably buy these as needed for replacements in between my insurance-covered replacements.Edit: I forgot to note in the original review--a lot of reviewers commented on an odor when they started using this--I didn't have an issue. It had a slight odor--it was different to what was normal for me--but it wasn't especially unpleasant (though if you're particularly sensitive to scents, you may want to wash it and run it a bit before use.

CPap Supplies are best bought via Amazon
Not only do I get all my cpap supplies from Amazon at a great price, but I also save money not having to go to the MD office for "check ins" just to get a new "prescription" for these types of disposable supplies that don't need a prescription unless your insurance company reimburses, but what I was paying in copays through insurance was more than the full cost on Amazon! My supplies are just as durable and good as anything I got from one of the middle men supply companies.

Don't restrict yourself to buying over-priced cpap supplies!
I wanted a spare hose for my cpap so I didn't get caught without one if something happened to mine so I took a chance and bought this inexpensive tube. I had always purchased name brand (read expensive) ones in the past. I immediately put it on (put the other away as a spare since it's still fine) and I notice NO difference in quality or performance. I have only been using it a week or 2 but I am not expecting any problems. Additionally, though I expected a "new" or unpleasant smell for a few days there was not one!

Nice and flexible, with a subtle odd smell
I bought this because the "stock" tubing provided by my DME supplier was stubborn and stiff, and it was a royal pain to maneuver at night. This tubing is slightly thinner and lighter than what it replaced, and it is way more flexible. Durability is yet to be proven, but so far, I'm liking the functional aspects of this product. The only negative I can think of is the odd smell that the thing gives off. You know how your CPAP takes on the odor of its environment after a while? This tubing must have been in some strange place. It's not unbearable or anything, but I might run some vinegar water through this puppy to see if the smell improves.

Poorly Made, I would Pay for better quality.
This tubing lasted me about two weeks until the plastic that is attached to the rib of the hose started to detach on both ends. This caused every breath that was taken to be masked because the plastic would fall in on itself. It must be a design flaw, because I tried another one and it did the same thing. Felt like I was suffocating during the night. Went back to a better product and my sleep has improved greatly. You get what you pay for.

Beware not Philips
This product is listed as "6 Foot 72" CPAP BIPAP FLEXIBLE AIR TUBING HOSE TUBE New Quality SealedPhilips Respironics". That is a lie, it is a cheap knockoff product. I really dislike it when a disreputable company like "Joyous Discount" has to misrepresent a product to make a sale. Item returned.

Seems to me to be a good hose for the price
- This hose is admittedly a bit heavier and a bit more stiff than the one that had come with my CPAP unit, but I have Zero discomfort because the difference is slight. On the other hand, it also *is* sturdier than the original, which needed to be replaced. The more expensive hose might be more like the original, and some people would prefer that. For me, though, this one is just fine :)

Excellent but no good for cats!
Flexible pipe with a little extra length over previous items purchased. Just need to stop our cat puncturing as it's not bite proof
