I use this for muscle pain and restless legs which often leads to cramping of the feet. This works very well and has helped me get a better nights sleep and reduced abdominal muscle pain. Very happy with this product and the service.

I bought this for my restless legs, the first time I sprayed it stinged a bit. But is okay now. I think it has helped ease the symptom of my restless legs and had made my legs feel smooth and soft.

This is great when massaged into the bottom of your feet at night it helps with burning feet and leg cramps but it does make your legs itch when rubbed into the back of them

Seems good for the times I have used it. Not sold on it just yet.

I love this product!! Used on the whole family - especially effective for restful sleep - I will be buying more.

Large bottle

I did notice a noticeable difference when training for a half marathon using this post run. It did help with DOMS alot and is easy to use - Only downside it doesnt get a 5* is that the spray becomes quite difficult to use once the bottle gets to about half full/empty and can often take alot of attempts and messing around to get the spray to actually eject from the bottle.However the product itself does make a big difference DOMS wise.

Since using have found changes in my system general feeling in body very calm and relaxing better sleep pattern also
