I didn’t see any faults with this. It was the size I wanted and held a necklace inside very nicely.

I decided to chance it. It does the job, and I’m keeping it for personal use, just to keep a necklace protected, but I could never use it as part of a gift as originally intended. It was very shoddily-made. The back is not properly aligned to the point where there are gaps in the box, the lid of the box is creased slightly, as though it had been squashed, and overall, the appearance is very messy. The bow also looked a bit messy due to the way that it was glued down, and the foam on the inside feels a little hard and cheap, but you get what you pay for, and it does the job. The material is pretty and it has a pleasant feel, though, and the pieces and the glue feel sturdy. Had it been put together properly, and had it not looked messy, this would have been a wonderful little box to give as a gift.
