Reasonably comfortable to wear and does help keep your thoracic spine in the proper position. I bought this to ease the pressure caused by poor posture when working at a pc all day. When ordering, I couldn't see where to select medium size as I am around a 38" chest. When it arrived it was labeled XL. But given that some have commented that their's was too tight, I decided to give it a go with the XL. The velcro band was able to overlap far enough to keep the suport in place. Then when I pulled the two straps down to tighten the back part of it, it was supportive enough to make a good difference. It also meant that if the straps started to cause irritation, I had room to move them slightly at the top of the shoulder to regain a bit of comfort. I wore it for about two to three hours then removed it. It has made working at my computer a lot easier and eased the pressure on my spine. It has certainly been the most confortable support I have tried. I'll not say it will be the correct fit for everyone, but it worked for me. Very pleased with the purchase.

I got the XL for my size it was just right, it gave instant relief as I suffer from alot of shoulder neck and back pain.

I definitely found a benefit to wearing this, I could certainly feel it pulling my shoulders back into a natural position. I would wear for 3 hours in the evening after working at a desk all day long.I did however find a little discomfort under my arms where the straps join the main body. Being a tall guy I think the XL is a bit short in height. I have recommended my partner try this after lockdown but would worry how comfortable this would be in the chest region due to the location of the straps.

Amazing value for money very strudy, comfortable, easy to use am not sure if they have larger sizes didnt check am a size 16 so this works well lower sizes i have someone using it whose size 12 that recommended it i give it the thumbs up

Have had back issues for a number of years so decided to try and do something about it. As always, well packaged and delivered quickly, this "posture corrector" came with straight forward instructions and a choice of inserts. I went with the steel one and have been using it for a few days.The harness is comfortable with a stretch fit ensuring that the spine is gently moved into a better position. I noticed straight away the different neutral posture that the corrector puts me in and although it did feel odd, it also felt as though my back was under less pressure.Time will tell how effective this corrector is but it is off to a good start and gets a thumbs up from me.

I purchased this product because I have a 'frozen shoulder'. I had found that wearing a small rucksack helped, because it pulled my shoulders back and relieved the pain, so I thought I would try a product made for the purpose.The first posture corrector I received was too small. I have a 38-inch chest, so ordered the large size but could barely get it on. Thus, I ordered an XL size which was only just large enough. I don't know what somebody who is larger than average would do - particularly if you want to wear this over clothes.Despite the bold claims in the literature, this product badly cut under my arms and became quite painful after 30 minutes. I was constantly trying to pull it down to relieve the underarm pressure. Furthermore, it created a substantial pressure pushing down on my shoulders which was the opposite of what I wanted.To give it credit, the produce did make me sit and stand straighter and I can imagine that over time it would indeed improve a person's posture. It is also good quality and well made.However, I found it to be uncomfortable and it did not help with my frozen shoulder, so I shall be returning it and going back to wearing a small rucksack all the time.

The belt is a really bad design ,as I'm a big guy and go to the gym so this belt really dug into my back causing me to bleed with a really sore back and very painful even to touch with a towel.

The posture corrector arrived to me over the weekend and I've worn it for several periods since then. There is no doubt in my mind that over a period of time it clearly would make a difference, you can most definitely feel that it is gently aiding correct posture. Even after taking it off you are aware that you are standing better or even sitting without slouching. The first time of wearing I have to admit it felt quite strange but that feeling soon passed and you could almost forget it was there, or you can further adjust the straps to keep it working. I definitely found it better to wear under clothes otherwise it could easily ride up. If you feel that you need to consider some form of posture correction then I believe that this Avidda product will help you achieve your goal.
