The product arrived quickly and in perfect shape. All the particulars listed on the web site were accurate and results were above expectations. Circulation has increased over the last few days, cramping in calves has decreased. The variable speed is better than expected allowing slow vibration for longer period of time and higher for short period of time. The multiple settings setting 5 shifts slightly quicker than anticipated, thus 1 -4 are most helpful

I am very happy with this product, it helps reduce my pain level significantly. Also is quite adaptable & easy to use on different parts of body. Enjoy.

Works as designed. I think the vibration could be stronger. But for half the price of others, I think this is a great tool considering some foam rollers cost about the same without the vibration

It really transmits the sound through my floors and the house. I haven't noticed any increased benefit over my non-vibrating foam roller, but your mileage may vary. It's a few inches shorter than my non-vibrating foam roller, but it fits between my shoulders fine. The smaller size could be a benefit, but this is deceptively heavy. As a roller (with or without vibration), it works fine.

I got this as a gift and I’m liking how the vibration numbs the muscles a bit as I roll out. It’s also very pleasant on my feet!
