Comfy and safe everyday work boots
I ordered these about 7 months ago and have clearly gotten my use out of them. They’ve saved me from getting crushed quite a few time since then and have stood up to the wood, metal and paint in the shop.I read a lot of mixed reviews about the comfort and quality but I’ve got no complaints, I wear these boots everyday and I love em. The front scuffed rather quickly, but they’re work boots so who cares. A bunch of people in the reviews claimed the souls are uncomfortable but i disagree, 7 months later they are still quite cushioned and soft when I put them on in the morning.I always wear mine with wool socks and I didn’t get any blisters or rubbing even when breaking them in. They are very comfortable, affordable and have saved my feet from any workplace accidents. I would definitely buy these again if for some reason I f these ones up.

Not Slip resistant
I think for certain type of environment its ok to wear this shoes or boots but for walking slippery and greasy this won't work for you. So I returned and I didn't even wear this to work because I already know I would hurt myself if I will wear this shoes.

Insoles bad, boots great
The picture is what the insoles looked like in only 1 week. They slid down the boot and sticky stuff was all over my socks. The boots themselves were the most comfortable steel toe shoes I've ever worn, and the width was great for wide feet. I wear a standard 8 in shoes but like extra room for my toes. There was extra room, plenty of it. If you don't like looser fitting shoes and you opt for a wide, maybe go a half size down? I don't know, they were perfect for me, especially after I got my own insoles in them. Definitely room for thicker socks or double socks if you work outside and it is cold also. Great boot for the price, just make sure you get a good pair of insoles or you'll be miserable!

Not the Best
So far I am happy with these boots for the most part. I do have slightly narrow feet and I have a high arch and I rarely find work boots to fit, even if they are classified as "women's". They boast a memory foam insert, but I can't attest to it's comfortability because I have an additional insert in each boot. I wear extremely thick work socks plus a sport sock to assist with keeping my feet dry. I also inserted self-adhesive shoe liners around the inside of the shaft as it is quite wide and not even two pairs of socks helps them fit snug enough. They are not too heavy even though they have steel toes, in fact I hardly notice the steel toe. These are my second pair of Sketchers' boots. My first pair lasted about 10 years and while this pair seem like a pretty good pair of boots, I don't see them lasting ten years...but I'll be happy if I can get two years out of them...18 months to go, I'll update this review when they give out.UPDATE: 13 months later and I have to replace the boots! I haven't had a chance to write my edit until now, so even though it is closer to 15 months since I purchased these boots, the issues began about six months after purchase, so I am averaging the time at 13 months. OK, here is what I've experienced with the boots.UPDATE after 1 year:After wearing them for one year they have become soft and have stretched out to the point that I have had to replace the laces twice because I have to pull hard enough to make them feel tight and secure. And, even though I thoroughly treat/clean/protect them every three months and every week I apply a water repellent spray, they are not even close to being water resistant. Once water gets into the sole it is very difficult to get them totally dry. Plus, after two or three times getting wet the memory foam inserts curled up and started to disintegrate and now at 13 months they have all but disappeared completely. In addition the seams on the outside of both feet have ripped open which not only lets water directly into the boot, it makes them even wider than they began.I will say the sole, the bottom is still in good condition. I wear these on average three to four days a week for 4-6 hours each day. I am a landscaper in Arizona, USA so they are exposed to all sorts of terrain, a little water and a whole lot of hot ground and the soles have held up well. About the only part of the boot that has done well, nonetheless the soles are good performers. To sum it up...I am greatly disappointed, especially after my first pair were so awesome...I didn't expect another ten years out of these, but a full two years would have been nice. They are not worth $80+ therefore I do not recommend them, especially if your feet run even a little bit on the narrow side.Hope this is helpful.

A Good Women's Work Boot
There was a time (late 1990's to early 2000's) that Sketcher's made the BEST women's work boot in the industry. These are not those, but they are better than anything else out there currently. These boots are heavy duty but light enough to wear for long periods. They have a steel toe. I prefer a composite toe, but at least your toe is protected. Some people may feel these are a little wide in the toe bed, but if you have never owned a steel toe or composite toe boot, you don't want your toes rubbing against the hard toe enclosure. In a regular shoe there would be some "give" but in a steel toe there is not--so you need a little extra room.Size: I had to go a half size up. I'm a 7. I went to a 7.5. I have a very wide foot, but the regular (M) width was perfect.Comfort: There is NO arch support. All work boots should come with an arch support but for some reason, they no longer do. In a work boot your foot needs to be supported both at the arch and the ankle. I still have the arch supports that came with my late 1990's Sketchers work boots, so I will use those. The foot bed of these boots is Memory Foam. It feels ok. The only thing I worry about is the gel in the memory foam can sometimes get cold if it is really cold outside --then your feet will feel cold. The Ankle is a little high on these. The front part of the ankle could have been more padded. They might need a little breaking in. This boot will rub on the front of your ankles. I guess thicker socks will help? The Shoelace: will probably will not last too long. The old Sketchers came with 2 sets of REALLY GOOD work boot laces in two different colors. I may still have a pair stashed in the back of a drawer somewhere that I can switch with these.Waterproof: I have not yet had the chance to see how they hold up in wet conditions. I may just water- proof them myself to be safe.I guess they just don't make things like they used too. But compared to any other women's work boots out there these are tops.

Comfortable, not CSA approved.
I really like them, very comfortable, good fit and I like the look of them. However, I should have read into them more, not CSA Approved, so I can’t actually wear them for work. So that disappointing but my own fault for not reading more.

WORST SHOES EVER no comfort and I slipped 10 times.
Okay, so I bought these shoes solely on the reviews and I spent $140 on them okay. These by far are the worst shoes. I wore them for 8 hours and my feet hurt so God damn bad I'm so mad. I'm so mad whoever thinks these shoes are good needs to rethink their entire life. I want to burn these and getting them returned is going to be so difficult since these were imported. I HATE LOATH THESE SHOES GO TO KMART GO TO TARGET. A PEICE OF WOOD HAS MORE COMFORT. my ankles are bruised and sore and my feet sting. I bought $50 shoes better than these unfortunate they're not allowed in my work place so I had to buy new ones. SAVE YOUR MONEY. anything is better than these shoes. They have no comfort, no stability and no GRIP. I nearly face planted 10 times today on a semi wet floor. It wasn't even that wet and yet I slipped so many times. I hate this shoe don't listen to the reviews these suck.

Comfortable and durable
These boots are the most comfortable steel-toed boots I have ever worn. Light weight and sturdy and as a bonus they look great too! Great value for the money.

Great quality for low price
Super comfortable work boots, very light weight as well. Would highly recommend, especially considering they're priced lower than many comparable work boots.
