Are the physical dimensions of these fuses the same as all other anl fuses? i want to be sure they will fit the fuse block in my rv.

No, MEGA fuses are shorter than ANL fuses and will require a different fuse holder than ANL ones. Typically ANL fuses go up to 80amps and MEGA fuses go from 100amps to 500 amps. This is typical but now a days it does not follow this rule like it used to. MEGA fuses have only a bolt hole ANL fuses have a fork style so can be slid out without unscrewing.

Can these fuse be use an audio aplication?

This fuse can be used in any application that requires 250 amp protection.
