STOTT PILATES Mini Stability Ball

Q: I'm in a Silver Sneakers exercise class-we use an exercise ball for hand exercises(for arthritis) & inner thigh exercises-would that be the 7.5"?

I've been a SilverSneakers instructor for several years, and am also a certified STOTT PILATES instructor. The 7.5" would probably be all right to use, but the10" would most likely feel more comfortable for hand work, and would be more versatile for the other SilverSneakers exercises.

Q: It sounds the product was made in China, correct?

I guess so but cannot be certain as I have discarded the box. However, its quality is good and still in good condition.

Q: I don't know what size to get for doing the barre exercises like squats as you squeeze the ball with your inner thighs.
