Shimmer Vinyl Glitter Adhesive Sheets for Craft Cutter 12" x 12" 10 Sheets/Pack

I am in love with this vinyl. The shimmer and color are amazing and look gorgeous on my projects. I’ve bought this several times now. Two important things: 1) if you are cutting with a cricut maker it seems to work best on the setting for ‘cereal box’ 2) you must use a high tack transfer tape or it won’t work. The teckwrap brand high tack with the yellow grid lines works perfect. Regular transfer tape doesn’t cut it. Love this stuff. Adds some pizzazz to my projects. I’ll keep buying it.

Hard to weed . Poor adhesion

This vinyl is great, few tips when using it. New blade and cut twice, weeding was very easy.

I was a bit worried about ordering this vinyl because of several bad reviews from Cricut users, but the colors were so amazing and the price was great so I decided to go for it. Very glad I did because this vinyl is AWESOME! It cut perfectly, weeded super easily, and transferred first try with no issues! Honestly, this might be one of the easiest projects I've ever done, and I've spent a good amount of time swearing while using my Cricut. Here's the trick - you have to follow the directions exactly. None of the preset materials on the Cricut Explore Air 2 match the recommended settings, you have to change them manually. One simple search online will take you to the TeckWrap site where they give you step-by-step instructions (https://teckwrapcraft.com/blogs/tips/cricut-maker-silhouette-cameo-setting-for-teckwrap-craft-vinyl). I set my Cricut according to this blog and it cut perfectly, then I used the included sheet of high-tack transfer tape and had no trouble doing the transfer. I have to believe that most of the bad reviews are a result of folks not customizing the cut settings correctly. While it does take a bit of extra effort to set things correctly, once you do you end up with great results. This vinyl is beautiful, and you get a lot for your money. This is much nicer and less expensive than any of the Cricut-branded vinyl.

This vinyl produced a great product but had a learning curve. The recommendation for cut setting did not work I had to play around and find the perfect one. Once I did, it was a breeze. Had the vinyl on jeep for a week and no issues.

This vinyl is so pretty, but that's it. I got the glittery silver. If you're cutting anything smaller than 48 point font, forget it. I have a cameo 3 and cut it with over 20 pressure, and still wasted about two feet of this. It wouldn't cut through all of the letters. The transfer tape that came with it was no better. It took everything I had to separate it from the backing. Yes, it transferred this vinyl fine, but do not use it on anything else. I used it on some regular glossy vinyl and it would not let go. It tore the glossy vinyl and left sticky spots on the part I could get off. I do not recommend this at all. So difficult to work with and super frustrating. Something that should have taken me 30 minutes ended up taking me a couple of hours having to recut and recut the stupid dots for the i's. It was the worst!

The vinyl is so pretty and sparkly. It cut very easily and clean on my silhouette. I think the quality is pretty good but I come back and change that after it’s had time to wear and tear. The glitter does come off and make messes. The only reason for the 4 start instead of 5 is that it has a very hard time sticking to the transfer paper. It came with a sheet of transfer paper but even that one was not strong enough.

When I watched the videos about their brand of vinyl I said oh I have to have it. I’ve tried several times to cut this vinyl on different settings and it didn’t cut through. It’s also hard to get it to attach to the transfer tape and I used both standard grip and strong grip🫤
