Perfect for AKASO Mini Projectors
Works amazing for connecting a third party power supply to the AKASO WT50 Mini Projectors. Just make sure whatever power supply you are pulling from has a buck converter or method to treat the power before you plug it in. But most USB C power suppliers already do a great job of keeping the power consistent.

Don't buy, save your money
Waste of money. Wouldn't charge my device. Caused overheating issues and I missed the return period. WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS 🌟

Works to charge my Lenovo Yoga
It works to charge my Lenovo Yoga 2-in-1 from a 60W USB-C PD power supply. The adapter has a control board inside it that triggers the USB-C PD power supply to start supplying 20V. The laptop takes over from there to charge the battery.

Be Careful on Dell Laptops. Might work with other Laptops?
Even if you have an authentic Dell Charger, or a spoofed Dell Charger that is USB-C, these chargers utilize the PD specification for USB-C Charging your laptop. Barrel Charging uses what is called the 1-Pin Serial Protocol to detect voltage and verify that a charger is "authentic" and "safe". Because of this, whatever is going over the pin is considered garbage, if it's even wired up, I haven't opened it up to check since I'm returning it.So with my Test with a Precision 7530 Series Laptop that for whatever reason will not charge through Thunderbolt 3 USB-C, this will match the Wattage Usage of the Laptop, but will not allow it to go over, because the laptop is only pulling what it needs, no more. So at best, you will probably only get on Dell Laptops, something that will keep you at the same power level, or slowly drain. I had the same issue happen to me with an HP 180W charger I tried to use with the Laptop it wouldn't recognize. This thing is just a dummy wire adaptor, which is what I was buying it for of course, so buy it at your own risk.

Works as intended
It works as intended, looking to buy another one since I’m able to power my micro pc with them instead of the huge power brick I can use a usb c charger.

Works Like a Dream
Crazy that I can turn a heavy, clunky power pack with a couple meters of cord into this tiny converter. I already have a multi-country travel power pack with a 70 Watt USB C outlet. I got to wondering if I could charge my PC with a USB C cable. Low and behold this was all I needed. Thrilled to further reduce my pack weight and size for international travel. An important note: make sure your power block/converter/whatever you prefer to call it that plugs into the wall provides enough wattage to actually charge your computer, otherwise this won't work for you (and it's not fault of the adapter itself, either). I believe it's a 65 Watt minimum.

So far getting 81W into Lenovo P1 Gen 7
Have to use a charger capable of 100W. Anker brick and battery bank both provide ~80W into P1 Gen 7 when using cable rated for 100W. This is enough to charge the machine when under light load and offset discharge under moderate usage. Great for travel charger solution. Will report back on longevity.
