Would definitely recommend! Love this
I think this is a great product for anyone who wants to get a better understanding of their thoughts. I’m excited to use it more but love how its has little prompts for the morning and evening it helps you try start the day in a positive manner. Then the evening part is great to debrief your day and analyse what went well and what didn’t.

I received it & the pages were different to those shown in the review
I thought it would be the one where it asks about water intake & your mood but this one isn’t what’s shown in the review section.
