I love the owl pendant, which is why I don't want to waste time returning it, but the clasp on the chain broke after only the 2nd time of wearing it. Quite disappointing with the quality of the purchase. Following on from my initial review - after having a problem with the chain on my original purchase the seller kindly sent me a replacement chain. Really happy with the necklace now and the good customer service recieved from the seller. Thank you.

It looks like it was already used. Owl is so dark compared to the chain. Not sterling silver. There is no way. I feel like I got robbed.
