Excellent product from audio quality and overall use. But it does not support MS Teams app
Bought this product recently and I have been using it in various modes (USB / Bluetooth; using Skype/MS teams). The overall audio quality and product performance is awesome. The controls and display has been uniquely different and I liked them. However, when it comes to support various conference calling apps, I found that it supports Skype, but it does not support MS teams. For Ex: While using MS Teams, the mute button on the device does not mute my call. I have to use the mute button from the app to do so. Even then, the LED color on the device does not turn red. However all this works seamlessly when using Skype app.

Costier and less benefits
I have been hunting for a good speakerohone as I spend most of my day on calls and I do not want to wear a headphone.I was about to buy platronics as that was the only speaker phone which starts for 8.5k. supprsingly I saw this for 10.5k with Bluetooth and bought this as I can use for mobile as well.Defensively that was a better choise, as it helps me to take mobile calls as well.For music , it's very basic and do not expect more.Satisfied for the price I paid.A good mobile with touch screen could be bought for 10.5k, hence it looks very costly. But speaker phone segment is untouched with competition like mobiles hence hardly you can name 5 to 7 brands which are on market and we end up paying moreAdditional review.This is not compatible with zoom. Please be cautious.This does not cancel notices effective as expected. I keep hearing feedback that auidance hear background notice. Which is not a good sign for this kind of speakers
