Perfect boot

Overall, I thought the boots were comfortable enough. However, during the molding process, there was bad flash edges (mismatched edges) inside the toe box next to the big toe. These need to be cut down as they can chafe fairly bad. (I would up with calluses on both big toes.) Aside from the flash problem, they were quite comfortable to wear when using the provided sole inserts. They lasted about 3 months of heavy use before the top cracked and started letting water in.

Perfect fit bought as a birthday present and the recipient was over the moon.

Sadly I cannot recommend these wellies as within 1 month of purchase, the left boot has split across the sole top and is therefore useless in this recent wet weather. I wore these boots on average once a day for about 2 hours, walking my dog across mainly grassland and the occasional ploughed field. I did not do anything remotely industrial or take part in any active sports such as trial biking - these boots were supposed to be my 'go to' wet weather footwear. I will be contacting Black Hammer direct and Amazon as they were bought from their web site.... now, I've got to buy another pair of wellies as Winter has only just begun!

I bought these boot because my previous pair wore out quickly and leaked – these are designed for working but I use these for leisure (walking) so I've found that the first 5–10 minutes are uncomfortable with the steel toe caps restricting the flexibility of the boots and grating against my feet.Thankfully this is not too much and I get used it and I hope that over time the boots might wear-in a bit and be kinder to the feet.The lesson here is that these were designed for a work place but I'm trying them out for walking … wish me luck!

Steel toecaps and insole make these ideal where protection is required.

Purtroppo e, nonostante il poco utilizzo, sullo stivale sx, si è creato un taglio come evidenziato..N.B.: il fornitore non commenta, come mai?Un prodotto del genere, che dura pochissimo, dovrebbe cambiarlo?
