Easy install, works great , links into to smart system of the house , operating is smooth and quiet and the customer service is top notch !Highly recommend!

Lacks modern features
Product works fine once installed (at least so far as only used for a week). But, a big problem is that you have to wire this yourself to the electric power line you run and there is no hole or notch precut in the metal housing that covers the motor unit. Therefore you have to use a metal drill bit or metal blade to achieve this. Also, lacks modern touches that come with many modern electronic items, like blue tooth or internet connectivity. In order to change settings (door open timer, speed, etc.) for the unit you need to plug in a wired controller to the motor, so you have to remove the cover of the unit to be able to do this. Having an APP that connects via the internet would make this so much better. The same to push a button to sync the remotes for the unit. Very inconvenient. Great Customer Service
Have yet to install the opener so cannot speak to it's overall function but customer service has been excellent to work with. I ordered the standard Commercial model with the intent to install on a frameless glass door, without knowing that they have a specific model for this application. I reached out to see if the model I ordered could work in this application and if I could get the other couple parts specific for glass doors. They responded the same day with all information I needed and offered to send the necessary parts at no charge, with an ETA of only a few days. Overall construction seems very sturdy and high quality. All parts and accessories seem to be there and the instructions seem to be easy to follow. Anticipating a smooth install. I will update once installed and operational.
