When I got it, the protective film wasn’t on it, and was scratched up from the journey :(

I like that the product is advertised with clear instructions and how to use. The accessories your character comes with allows you to display your character in many different ways. I love my little Itto!! He is on my desk using the stand it comes with.

A nicely detailed little keychain of Kokomi! No weird pixel-y printing of the keychain at all and had vibrant colors in her printing. Waas a small thank-you gift for a Kokomi-obsessed fan and they LOVED it and put it up on their little Kokomi shrine haha. I didn't realize she also was an acrylic keychain and stand one! Was super well-packaged, and she stands around three inches tall.

Fischl looks adorable and I love Genshin so much! I would either have her as a figure stand in my room or as a keychain on my purse!

A Small Acrylic stand Yae Miko in a cute Chibi style. My question is whether or not the artist is paid for their work or if this is stolen work. But the product itself is quality and as described!

The keychain itself is great but the hook it comes on broke twice, like it shaped in half. The back up ones it had that came with it also broke. So if you do get this get your own jump rings or string to put it on. I lost it twice due to this.

These are really good, high quality. You get what you pay for.

I got an Itto one and I love it! It arrived pretty quickly and is in great condition, the plastic film thing was a little hard to remove but that might just have been me, the keychain and stand came too and the stand works as it should. I hope this review is helpful and I really recommend buying one of these:)

Came extremely scratched (yes, I know there is a protector, but it was scratched under the protector...) Box came opened and I think it got crushed in transit... It's so cute, but I wish more care was taken in packaging.... It is so scratched...

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve boughten lots of these, all came packaged properly and great condition. Lots of people in these reviews seem to not know there is a protective film on them, it is quite hard to see and take off, you have to peel it from the corner. Some have tried peeling from the Center and that’s where all the reviews saying it’s scratched underneath came from. I definitely recommend 10/10 can’t wait for them to release more characters!

Don't hesitate or forget to take off the protective layering on both sides of the keychain figure, a lot of people have given this negative reviews because they weren't aware of this. Just know that the protective film is really really thin, so it'll be a hassle to take off, but it's all worth it in the end!

The charm itself is very cute but the quality is questionable, and the print is directly onto the acrylic instead of being placed between 2 pieces to protect the image. I good scratch will scrape the paint right off. The charm also did not come with any of the listed accessories, like the stand or lanyard. It's also a lot smaller than I thought, only about an inch in a half in height.
