I use to love these cookies from Trader Joes,however, they were stale and came conpletely broken up in tiny pieces.

cookies arrive in broken pieces
Out of the three packages sent, two are in broken and crumbled pieces not suitable for serving. I keep trying to buy this item but always find some of the packages full of broken pieces. i feel I should get a replacement package since it is not returnable.
