Me encantó la olla, sus 3 diferentes modos de cocimiento y lo que yo buscaba, que tuviera la opción de mantener los alimentos tibios después de su cocimiento, y tiene muy buena capacidad. Venia muy bien empacada y con todas sus piezas completas.

We had to replace our very old crockpot when the knob broke off. That one had an autoshift mode that made day long cooking a breeze. This goes beyond that with the thermometer. We tried a 6 lb turkey breast with the probe and it worked perfectly. It went to warm once it was done. No work required other than take it out and eat it. It was easy to use and cleanup. It has other features for timed cooking as well. This a larger unit. It's perfect for chili and many other items. The lid look is a nice feature when transporting it and simply to keep it tightly closed when cooking. The lift out crock makes cleanup easy. We were nervous that this would not perform like our 30 year old crock pot but this blew it away.

We had a low cost slow cooker that never once delivered a good result. Either overcooked (too hot on high) or raw (not hot enough on low). Not this unit. This Hamilton Beach has delivered amazing results every time. I had no idea slow cooker meals could be so good.

Simple to use with electronic control panel. Takes a few minutes to heat up, even on high. Otherwise works well with even cooking and cooking within appropriate timeframe. Love the locking lid. Easy to transport now, fewer spills. Easy to clean. Haven’t used probe yet but is definitely an advantage I plan to use in the future.
