quality
Impressed with this item. Don't worry about the yellow caps and non ball-chain attachment. They're meant to pop off with the water pressure. This item is solid and high quality. Comes with extra adapters to non-standard faucets and washers, eye-wash sticker sign, allen wrench, and OSHA eval check off card

Decent sink, Definitely does the job...
couldn't find any reason to give it any less than 5 stars, however, the sink pretty much is what it appears to be. Nothing special, but certainly not bad in any way... I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a sink for their eye washing station...

I ordered the recommended Bradley connector (153-395
I ordered 2 of these. Both came with connectors, one of which worked well with a faucet having female aerator threads. The other faucet has a high rise type connector similar to the one in the photo BUT that has male aerator threads and the connectors supplied with the kit will not fit and I have not been able to connect the second eyewash. I ordered the recommended Bradley connector (153-395, 2 of these with shipping were +$47) but received exactly what is in the original kit. Every effort at local plumbing stores make me believe that the faucet will need to be changed and to a standard kitchen type faucet without the high rise.

Hopefully we will never need to use it but the quality feels great and the instructions are very informative. Make sure you have one for OSHA purposes!!!

Works as advertised
There are 2 downsides to this product but they are minor. First, once installed it makes your faucet a bit more cumbersome as far as swiveling the arm back and forth. Second, if someone pushes the eyewash button valve by mistake, you can expect your hands and arms to get drenched the next time you turn on the water because it will flow out the eyewash nozzles unless you remember to check the valve every single time. These issues aren't design problems and are really minor compared to the problem the eyewash station solves. If these issues are too much for you then I recommend installing a separate, dedicated eyewash station away from the sink.

Water Jets
I had hoped it would have had a spray function instead of just a stream, and the covers are not at all the best. But it works in a pinch

Eye wash faucet
Exactly as pictured. It mounted very easily...within two minutes. We keep it on a spare faucet in the lab. Inexpensive way to comply with OSHA. Funny as you could also use it as a water fountain !!

Disappointed
The biggest problem with this product is the length of the string/cord thing that attaches the cap to the rest of the device or faucet. They don't look that bad in the photo, but when it is put on they really tend to get in your way if this is on a sink that is used often. We put it on a sink at our company's break room and it is very common to have employees complain about the string things in the way. However, the caps don't cover the water discharge items in a tight manner at all and it is very easy for them to get knocked off, so you kind of want the strings to remain in place to keep the caps around. Maybe somepeople wouldn't care if the caps were lost and if that was the case that would solve all your problems. We've resorted to tying the stings up and around the little u-shaped discharge arms/tubes. Overall, the biggest improvement would be making the caps fit over the discharge holes in a tight manner so you didn't need the strings and you could cut them off. We bought this to replace a previos one that had worn out over 10 years and its caps were more rubbery and really stuck onto the discharge areas well all by themselves, these are very loose.
