Caused abdominal pain after two doses. Lots of distress. Very bad product, with serious side effects

Dosage
Simple method: drink 1 liter water a day then take one tablet at night ur stool is perfect. Drink 2 litre water a day then take one tablet at night the. Loose motion in the morning. It's all about water intake. During summer 1 tablet effect is less compared to winter season. So maintain a diary update it every day for one year with water intake details. So from next year refer the diary and take tablet according to the seasonal change. Am taking from 3 years. Tried lots of tablets but this one is perfect. For few people constipation starts after 40 years of age due to body change and hereditary. Also due to busy work and life style changes we cannot manually handle our body with good food every time.
