It was a different company that sent me the motor and I had to do a little bit of soldering to change the wires but other than that it fit in my truck

Yes it did. I ordered for a different brand. GMAXX. It worked till 8yr old finished the gears off.. lol motor still going rest gone..lol

First review. So far, I like it. It comes with open ended wire, so replacing the old motor with this one requires some tricky soldering. It goes slower than the original motor, which is good in my case, because it is for my young son. It is now easier to control and the battery lasts longer. It is still fast, just not 30 MPH fast. If this one lasts a while (the original lasted about 5 days), it will go up a star for me. For now though, I will rank it 4 stars.

This motor is super low speed and the wires from the motor have individual connectors that are so big no way to even get close to using them to connect to the esc without buying a connector that fits the hosim esc which is a tiny whoop I believe !!!! Funny in the picture they hide the wires so u believe it will have the esc connector but NOPE!! DO NOT BUY!!!

so far the parts for the cars i got have been crap. made a small ramp to jump onto our grass from the sidewalk and not one but both original and all ordered extra parts have failed. should have bought traxxas or a brand that cares about their customers.
