I just bought an Alexa device and this lights doesn’t link with it, I got scammed 😭🤣😂

i have 2, just don't seem to sync the colours at the same time over wifi

these lights were purchased nearly 2 weeks ago and they are already going green when they should be on white. the leds were easy to set up and to download the app. the remote control that came with the leds doesn’t work very well the remote control can change the colour of the lights but cannot make the lights flash, strobe, fade and smooth. other than that the app is easy to use

Love these lights. They bring the perfect atmosphere into my room and they're voice controlled (mine are connected to my Google home but the lights themselves are just operated through WiFi). They also have a remote control incase you need to manually turn them on. On the app you can also create your own colour changing routines/sequences and you can pick anyshade of colour as the app has a colour reel to choose from.Everything included in the box makes them so easy to install, like there are mounting tabs and there is 3M tape included and extra connectors.Customer service is great too as unfortunately one of my reels had a small tear in it and this caused the lights not to work, but when the suppliers were contacted, they helped me out and after a couple of pictures/videos, they replaced the reel... Yeah I will definitely buy again I need more lights, worth the money.

I'm not very techy but no idiot However these could & should be alot easier to set up. They're ridiculously fiddly with rubbish instructions. The lights them selves are OK. Remote is useless too, it's either faulty or needs to be redesigned as there's only a few variable settings which are basically just colour based. Not impressed & not worth the £20 I paid.

They work great with Alexa though it was hard to set up I tried setting them up by the Alexa app but it was telling me It could not find any devices so I looked on the led phone app and that’s how you are meant to set them up I have other led lights and these are just not as bright unfortunately but other than that they are great

These lights are just ok. Very much smaller than the last set I purchased. So far still working, but not so effective, due to size of each led. Won't buy again.
