Very effective
Very useful tray - defrosts anything, in its wrapper, more quickly than usual. Big enough to take a large loaf of bread, 1kg pack of chicken, whole breast of lamb. Very little mess if food left in wrapper, but in any case easy to clean.

Great product BUT…..
I bought this as a gift and fortunately was present when it was opened as there were no instructions or even a label to say what it was. Having said that the plate performs very well, making short work of steaks & trout.

AMAZING!
Couldn't be happier with this product! Defrosted some chicken breasts in a couple of hours. The tray is helpful at collecting the water without making a mess. Would deffo recommend 👌

Simply not working at all
This is how it looks after 5 months of use. I actually stopped to use it after around several attempts to defrost something with it. I really wanted it to work… that’s why I tried many different ways to use it.1. I tried to defrost in a plastic box in which it has been bought - it was defrosting the same amount of time like I would just leave it on the counter2. Then I thought, maybe it needs to touch the meat only - it did not work as well3. Maybe it needs to be hot itself? - no! It’s just does not work at all.Don’t waste your money on useless things like this… just defrost in warm water 😆

Propre et rapide
Très efficace pour la décongélation dès la viande ou le poisson en filet. Propreté grâce au plateau « d’inclinaison ». Efficace pour mettre à bonne température de la viande sorti tardivement du frigo !!Je protège la plaque « en activité » par un dôme-parapluie en maille pour éviter toute rencontre innoportune !!! Le TOP !!

Yes but...
The thing works. It really shortens the time of the defrosting by 50% or more just keep 2 things in mind:1. Don't put it in the dishwasher (or do), because it will lose color. I'm not sure if it's painted black or what, but now it has this weird color, that is not black.2. The more flat piece of meat you have, the faster it will work. So a steak is great because it can lie on it. Chicken drumstick will take ages because you will have to move and turn it around.
