I like these; they are bright; and nice and red with my red jelly beads! The only reason I gave this a four-star rating was due to the fact that I did not get the two extra batteries as advertised. Since there are those of us who have never used this type of tealight, I would suggest including an instruction to remove the separator in order to get the lights to come on. Thanks to the review posted by Jai, I knew to remove the plastic separator. I intend to save these plastic disks for future storage.

I used these submersible lights as part of a centerpiece *& it turned out great ! The red light set the perfect ambiance & my guest were trying to figure out how i did it! The best part is the lights last for much longer than they advertise! And they come with a little piece of paper between the battery & the light to make sure the battery doesnt get run down during shipment :) (smart idea) The only downside is that if u want the light to be super bright u have to use two lights instead of one - but 1 light was enough for me

These were great. I loved them. They held up well. They really are water proof. No water got in. I put them in a mason jar with emeralds on top of them and then put a floating candle on top with water. They only thing was, you need to have tongs to get them pushed down under the emeralds with the water in there. So I waited to put them in an hour before the wedding and turned them on and then pushed them down where I wanted them and then lit the floating candles. I loved them. I would like to get some more of different colors.

These worked great! I bought these to use for my son's Minecraft party. I put the entire package in the punchbowl to make the 'lava punch' actually glow, and the kids thought it was great.They are smaller than a standard tealight, and they have a solid glow, they don't flicker like a candle. Very bright red.I actually took them apart and dried them so we could reuse them, so I don't know how long they last - but it's longer than a birthday party.

I was so excited for these, especially with the great reviews but i was so disappointed with what I got! First of all, they were packaged very poorly. They were not in the slots of the cheap plastic box, and were instead tumbling around. The box wasn't even closed all the way.As a result some are broken. Either do not light up or twisting them (which turns them on) makes it so loose they open .When they do turn on, there is an obvious difference in that some are MUCH brighter than others.I give it two stars, just because I like the size, and I really only needed two. Plus, i wasn't supposed to get these until April, so it shipped like lightning. Under other circumstances I'd only give this one star. Buy with caution. Not worth the price i paid in the least!

used some of these lights for Halloween 2013.. outside in pumpkins...after 44 hours they were still burning...really 44 hours and still going...had to turn them off.....update October 2014...ordered these for a wedding last sept. 2013,,,used them...then used them at Halloween 2013...IT HAS BEEN A YEAR they have been sitting in a box with the batteries that came with them...got them out for Halloween again.....still working like new...I used 4 of them...3 of them lasted 72 to 80 hours ...continuous use...I did not turn them off...one is still burning and it has been on for 168 hours...yes one whole week....unbelievable

They worked great...they are not super bright but this was the best price I found. Just be sure you have the right color. I ordered red first then had to reorder. maybe I will be using them for Valentine's day. gotta love Amazon Prime because the wedding was in a few days....saved by two day shipping...

Product as described. I ordered 10 lights and they arrived in a 12 pack with 2 removed. I had trouble turning the lights on and freaked out and contacted the seller for a return. The seller informed me I had to remove the plastic cover on the battery. There were no instructions with these. They work now:).
