What's the length? My husband is tall and skinny I can't seem to find a raglan shirt long enough.

Mine is a medium size & it is very long.

Why is there a price difference between 3xl and 3X-L

Different sellers are allowed to set their own prices. There are two separate listing for the same size because different sellers also appear to use different terminology in their own systems, which is all well and good until that information gets uploaded and Amazon sees them as different items.

I'm an "avarage" guy 5'10" and 178lbs with 32 weist, medium hits just below my butt, a little bit tight in my shoulders and chest('cause I'm working out). It has rather slim fit design then the loose fit, I belive this raglan will be good enaugh for the skinny type.

Is the tag removable? Is it sewn on or glued?

The tag on the bottom was sewn on, for all the shirts of this style I've bought. The sleeve tag glued on.
