I have used omega fatty acids/Flaxseed oil for a long time to keep triglycerides in check and help overall health. I was very disappointed to see that most flaxseed supplements were not vegan! So I tried new vegan brands, and this one is by far the best. Another one was a little smaller but had a horrible taste, another was good with no taste, but even larger and more expensive than this one. Overall, this is relatively small/average sized for omega supplements as they all tend to be large, has no taste or odor, is a good value with 180 softgels, and is VEGAN.

My first impression was, wow this is a huge bottle!! The fact that the pills are soft gels, makes them much easier to swallow is a huge plus and like I said, the amount! Not having to repurchase after a month, or even two! Also when it comes to supplements, you have to continue taking them for more than a few days a week or sometimes even a month to fully see the benefits. This product has enough in it that if it’s working for someone, they’ll be hooked and ready to repurchase once they run low. The health benefits are great and the price is not something to complain about, especially when you think about how long this will last you!!

We've been using this brand over a year and there is very little aftertaste that others have mentioned with various brands and we feel the price is justified by the ingredient sources they use.

I used this product because I can no longer eat foods with any type of oil, due to a stomach problem. My hair started falling out and my skin got dry. It occurred to me that the body probably needs a certain amount of fat to keep the skin soft and supple and I was looking for a vegan flax seed oil supplement. I've only had this for a week and I'm losing a lot less hair already. I as of now, I'm pleased.

I like it because it was one a day and the price was good

It is true that the flaxseed pill is somewhat bigger that some pills, but it goes down easily. I sometimes have trouble swallowing bigger pills, but this one is not a problem at all.

There is no after taste, or bad smell with these soft gels. I don't know that I can tell a difference, as I have only been taking them about a month, but I have not had any negative reaction to them, and they are easy to take.

I have a problem swallowing them, but I can get it down... I have a problem with larger pills....
