Non-stick ceramic fry pans are sticking after only 3 months use. EVEN WITH USING OIL
These reviews are combined for the "Hard Anodized Ceramic" and the "Stainless Steel Ceramic"The Hard Anodized set are aluminum with ceramic coating on ALL THE POTS AND PANS.The Stainless Steel set, ONLY THE FRYING PANS ARE CERAMIC - as it says in the description. You can click the Hard Anodized Ceramic ($94) or the Stainless Steel Ceramic ($99). They are different, but all the reviews and answers are the same no matter which set you click on. CONThe frying pans are sticking after 3 months use and never went over medium heat.I am so disappointed. I even 'seasoned' the pans as stated in the instructions, even though the ceramic coating says it doesn't need 'seasoning'Worked for a while as stated, but now all my eggs STICK - No matter what.Box says "LIFETIME GUARANTEE" I'll have to check the T-Fal website now. Hope the guarantee is not against loss, or damage from dinosaurs only, because that didn't happen. My old fry pans were from EMERIL - they worked great for many, many years. Wish I still had them beacause they worked better than these ceramic jobs after only a few months.

I LOVE the ceramic lining
This product is okay. First, I LOVE the ceramic lining. The reason it only got three stars is because the ceramic lining is only in the frying pans. The other pots are stainless steel and take much more care and cleaning. I was pissed when I opened the package and felt duped. However, shipping was such a nightmare, I just opted to keep them. They are not a horrible set, just not what I wanted, except the frying pans, which are perfect.

T-fal care
I purposely waited to write a review of these pots. I cook a lot and needed a better set. I'm almost completely happy but I don't have one of the lids which fits one the skillets. I've found that most people don't read the instructions on using items. There were 3 specific guidelines in preserving these pots.1. Do not cook on a high temperature on the burner.2. Do not put them in the dishwasher because it can affect the coating during drying. It's dishwasher safe but It's better to handwash.3. When storing put a papertowel or something thin in between each unit to protect from scratching the cooking surfaces.4. Also use the supplied spoon and spatula.Following these steps has kept my pots in pristine condition. When I cook an egg in the skillet after I hand blender it I don't need the spatula. Cooks so perfectly slide right out onto the plate.2020 and my pots look new. Follow the care instructions.

Not Exactly As Described
I purchased one of the Precision Stainless Steel pans from the grocery store, but it had the Thermospot markings. I loved it, so I decided to purchase this set. I could tell this set didn't have the Thermospot and I'm not really sure what that does, so I didn't care that these were different. However, the set I received is clearly different than the set pictured. My set has a light gray ceramic, as opposed to what looks like black in the picture. No big deal as these seemed to have the same specs. What is a big deal is the description on amazon says safe up to 570 degrees, but the box indicates they are only safe up to 500 degrees. A little bummed about that. They still seem high quality and are supposed to be scratch resistant, which is most important. As a previous reviewer stated, the pots are NOT ceramic. A little disappointed in that as well.UPDATE 5/4/2016: Amazon has updated the description to say 500 degrees, so buyers can purchase based on accurate information. My small pan has chips in the ceramic coating already. I don't know how this happened as that pan is used the least and only for frying eggs. I even use plastic spatulas, not the stainless spatula that came with the set.

Works on radiant stovetops, too. This review is for the stainless steel version.
I wanted to start out with stainless pots and pans with my new radiant range so selected these due to the thick bottoms and what appears to be oven-safe handles.I've only used them a couple of times at this point, how they might hold up over time is still an open question. As you can see, they look pretty spectacular when pared with a stainless-and-black stove, so for optics it's a 5 out of 5.As previous owners have helpfully observed, the Stainless version is NOT coated with non-stick interiors except the two fry pans. This might be a good thing, according to several reviewers if the coating doesn't last more than a few months. It's kind of weird that nobody has bothered to edit the description which continues to advertise the wrong features for the stainless.Something I've never seen before: graduated markings inside the 1,2, and 3-Quart pots are marked in Quarts and in liters. That's a cool little feature; you can measure inside the pot! I don't think it's even mentioned anywhere in the description (?).When I unpackaged the set I was a little concerned with the cutouts/grooves in the pan bottoms- my radiant stove manufacturer does not recommend cookware with waves or cutouts, and instead wants flat surfaces. I have an older set of all-aluminum flat-bottom pots and really can't tell any difference in performance, at least not at this early stage. The lid handles and dutch oven handles really feel good under the hand, nice and big, no sharp edges. It seems that the pot and skillet handles dissipate heat well on the stove top, because they are hollow inside for good circulation. One concern:I noticed that there is a small washer between the lid handles and the lid glass; the material looks like a clear silicone. Whether these washers can really withstand 500 degrees of oven heat without softening or collapsing is a concern- the handles are riveted on, so there'll be no tightening these if high heat deforms them.Cleanup of the stainless interior has proven to be as you would expect, and the ceramic coating on the fry pan was much better than the old Teflon ever was. So far ...so good on that score. All in all these look, feel, and perform like seriously good cookware. Their flat bottoms don't scratch my new ceramic glass stovetop and they heat up just fine on the radiant elements.
