One of the hookah pipes is not working right. I tried to see if it was clogged, but it wasn't. Other than that it is a good product.

I bought this not for its intended use. I burn flower and we smoke together. Cleaning is hard. Lots of little pieces. Overall I enjoy every once in a while. Definitely not for everyday. You’d be cleaning it all the time.

The bowl had cracks in it upon arrival

The glass bowl that holds the water came cracked so it leaked water. I am handy so I fixed it, so I guess that is not a big deal however the hoses don't fit well. They are very loose, I think I am just going to tape them on so they seal better and don't fall off the hookah. I won't purchase this one again and definitely won't recommend it to anyone. I will purchase something of better quality down the road. It was cheap and I am new to using a hookah so I guess it was a good starter to learn on and figure out what to look for in the next one.

The media could not be loaded.  I usually not the type of person to do this but I had to.. The size of this is fun size, literally a once person hookah. There wasn’t even any dimensions for this item so that was my mistake but also the companies mistake.. when I was pulling from the hose it was a very cheap taste to it. Just the condition alone of the box is a automatic NO. It’s as if someone already used it and or opened it..
