Received spoiled sauce.
Seal of the bottom was opened and on opening the bottle, sauce started flowing out with very unbearable strong smell and on taste a bit it was found that some chemical has been used to give it tangy and very hot chilly taste but no hot genuine chillies are used to make it hot red chilly sauce. Not worth buying. The Non-returnable policy in case of edible products are not good in all the circumstances. Its only on opening/using/tasting, one can finds the defects in the product. Once it is received, no option is left with the customer to demand return of money. Very bad policy.

Received spoiled
The sauce was completely fermented inside the bottle and had a lot of gas, like a cola or a beer! When I opened the bottle, all the sauce gushed out it like a soft drink or beer will, if the bottle is shaken before opening. I have never seen or heard of something like this possible with a sauce but I had to see this with my own eyes to believe it.
