My pool guy replace my Polaris bag without asking what type I wanted. And it wasn’t cheap. It had a Velcro opening which is dumb because all the little junk gets stuck to the Velcro and then it doesn’t close?! Before I bought another expensive Polaris bag I wanted to try these. They’re great my pool doesn’t need a designer bag I’ll save the money for me one. ;)

Initially the bags seemed great, and at a good price. but after just a 6 months of rotated use , meaning each bag saw about 12 weeks of total use, I have determined that the materials and methods are not of good quality and they are not built to withstand the environment that they are used in, a pool. I have now seen several instances of the stitching coming apart and general deterioration of the bag. Both bags are a total loss now. I have branded polaris bags that hold up for years,. I will need to replace these bags with a better quality fyi, I rotate bags so no one bag is in the pool for more than 3 to 5 days out of a 2 week period. I suspect failure would have happened much faster if I they were used more often its too late for me to contact the seller so I am just leaving this review.

These bags work great!

These seem to be a good product. Certainly, they are as well made as the oem bags and they are a lot cheaper. As stated in the title they perfectly fit my old Polaris 280 pool cleaner.

The bag netting material is not as strong a real Polaris bag. The plastic ears that hold the bag onto the Polaris are not as stiff as they should be, causing the bag to occasionally disengage from the Polaris. The Velcro closure on the bag would also open up occasionally, sending the debris back into the pool. The Velcro strip that holds the bag to the hose would also release. The first bag ripped (too easily) with 2 months. After a year of babying the second one the Velcro strip released, the bag was caught in the wheel and was torn up. This was a 2 bag deal so for the money, I guess the price was right.

My husband swears by these filter bags. He said the skimmer have never been so clean since using these filter bags. They fit the skimmers perfectly very easy to place in the skimmer.
