We have now had this mattress for a little over a year. We are average weight (my husband and I) we are both pretty much side sleepers and it’s been so comfortable. There is no denting or sinking. It’s the perfect amount of firmness.

I got this mattress and it sunk in the middle. Called manufacturer, they sent a gel foam mattress topper, which was great, but didn't feel it fixed the problem long term. They sent me a link and let me pick another. I got the Dream Hybrid 10" and it's awesome. Made of coils and foam, has good edge support and is firmer, but not too firm. I'm very happy with this mattress. Oh, and they let me keep the old mattress and the topper! Can't complain about their customer service, which was on top of their job the entire way.

Was uncertain to buy this or any mattress to be delivered but thought I would try it. Absolutely love the mattress and it did not take long for it to inflate to the full size. I would highly recommend this mattress. My only complaint was that the box was in bad shape, but it did not hurt the mattress at all.

Letting it expand is paramount. It's a good mattress and it is comfortable. It is a bit on the softer side though. No noticeable pain relief, but I don't fault the mattress for that, it's a mattress not a miracle.

For a while now I have been shopping around for a new mattress, mine was just too hot and worn out in all the places I needed it to not be. I couldn't decide weather I should spend the big money on a new mattress or take the inexpensive route and get a mattress topper to just throe on top of my old mattress. Then I came across this mattress, for just about the same price as a topper it had all the features I was looking for in a new mattress so I decided to give it a shot. Right away I was pleased when it showed up 4 days early, I was a bit taken back when I realized an entire 12in mattress was compacted into this box that was sitting on my porch. I followed the directions and lo and behold there was a 12in hybrid mattress forming in my room right before my eyes! The first night I was a bit concerned, it just didn't seem like it was going to do the trick, but the 2nd night is when I realized I had made the right decision, I finally made it through the night without sweating and waking up 5x's in the middle of the night. I woke up the next day feeling great about my purchase, all for way less then what an expensive mattress would have cost me. I'm glad I decided to give a lesser brand a chance. The mattress is a great blend of springs and foam that both keep me cool and comfy. Good job to all involved!

I almost never leave reviews, but this is the second mattress I've bought off of Amazon. I got the firm queen size. I unrolled it and it started expanding immediately (you can hear the air whooshing in) and by the evening it looked almost completely expanded. I can see how expansion times could vary with humidity levels, but living in San Diego it puffed up in a matter of 12 hours. I've been sleeping on it for a few days, and oh my goodness....It has the perfect amount of firm support for my poor back and neck, but has enough give from the memory foam so it's also soft enough that you don't feel like you're laying on a cinderblock. The one thing I can say is that the firmness does not extend to the edges of the mattress; if you sit on the edge or the corners, the mattress does dip and sink a bit so I had to take off a star for that. However, all that being said...I fall asleep almost immediately on this thing, and I have a hard time getting out of bed. I've slept through the alarm almost every day since I've been using this mattress! It's a good purchase for the amount of money you pay, I recommend this.

I bought this mattress after careful consideration and thought as I needed this specifically for my main bedroom. For past sometime I am having back issues and I needed a mattress that is comfortable and also supports back problem. I always understand the fact that when you are buying a mattress you should not just consider the cost but you should consider the comfort that it provides because these purchases are usually for a longer term. This is why when purchasing this one I was focussed on the comfort part the most and I was least bothered about the cost, but to my surprise it is comfortable as well as value for money. I have just started using it and I can only say good things about it, the way it supports my back is the one fact I love about this mattress. Also when you open it, it usually takes sometime to get to its full form and I would suggest that you should give it a day before using it so that it reaches its full thickness and provides you the comfort you are seeking. This one is a definite buy from my side because it has helped me with my back pain. It is firm, durable and is made of good quality fabric. Also, I have noticed that once you are off the mattress it comes back to its shape instantly.

I purchased this mattress because it has a lot good review about the back pain gone, that’s what exactly what I in need！Because the old mattress was so hurt my back so that it made me wake up early. Another reason that I choose this mattress because it is rolling in the box so I can move to second floor easily but it still need two people to carry it since it is heavy；however, the benefit of this heavy mattress is very stable and does not shift easily, which is good for me, because I am very often to turn over when I sleeping. Also, there’s no noise when I turn over during sleeping. This mattress feels like medium soft to me but I still can feel strong support to my whole body!! The most important part that I love this mattress is that it does take my back pain away!!! My back doesn’t feel hurt anymore. Moreover, it make me sleep deeper since I already slept on it for two weeks. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with my new mattress especially it doesn’t have unpleasant odor as well.
