smooths out any bitter tea
I am having a serious problem with giving these wild teas and flower teas anything but excellent reviews. How is that for a problem? Use spearmint sparingly with green or black teas. I am not a fan of it on it's own, but it does taste good as a singular leaf tea just be prepared to wake up fast.These are healthy teas, and can speak openly about their benefits and the happiness I gain with each new measured blend of two to three different wild teas and flowers. Use spearmint with teas that go for bitter rather quickly. But, if you rinse or pour the near boiling water over and pour it out, then pour a new batch of near boiling water in you are able to skip the bitterness of any tea. Gunpowder teas require this action, as does puh-er the greatest of teas.

A lovely full sweet flavor.
A good spearmint tea is VERY hard to find! This tea has a beautiful flavor. The leaves are not too fine so you don’t get that grainy residue in your tea. You don’t need to use a large amount of it either so this bag will last a long time. I had spearmint tea recommended to me to help with the hormonal imbalances caused by my PCOS. I have found it has helped reduce my adult acne. This tea has a beautiful smooth/sweet flavor so even if you’re not dealing with PCOS you can still enjoy a cup or two. I am very happy with this tea.

Bought this per recommendation to decrease testosterone/androgen levels (I’m female) and haven’t been using it long enough to notice changes in acne, hair loss, etc.It has a very light taste, almost nonexistent, which is fine by me. It’s pleasant. have to be careful with the temp or it comes out slightly bitter.The bottom of the bag had quite a bit of “shake” but that’s to be expected form a loose leaf tea. Doesn’t bother me. I keep it in my fridge in a stainless steel container. Like it so far.

Very happy I found Wild Foods, I came across their product line and ordered a few 2 oz bags of tea to sample the quality. Already in love with this brand, very high quality loose leaf teas. I had never tried spearmint tea but read about some of its potential impacts on acne. This is delicious, I've been mixing a teaspoon in with other teas and it gives them a really nice flavor....smells amazing too like a pack of gum. I am highly recommending you check out this company, they seem really legit and have a great selection of products to review. Happy customer I will be using them to purchase my tea from now on.

Arrived on time and securely packaged. I wanted a 100% spearmint only tea to drink after reading the skin junkie subreddit about how it helps keep your skin clear.I have drank two cups a day since receiving it. Very refreshing and most energizing in the mornings. I can easily whisk some matcha in as well for a morning pick me up. When I drink it at night it seems to soothe and relax me. Great right before bedtime. Will order more when I’m all out!

Great taste, big bag
The spearmint tea tastes great— fresh and minty. The leaves are a nice size and mostly leaves, not stems. A little goes a long way. This picture is a few thermoses in and I barely even made a dent in the bag. I can’t speak for the health effects yet.One bad thing: it kind of looks like drugs. I will need to buy some tea bags to put it in if I ever want to take it to work.

I love this tea, I do use it for my PCOS symptoms and it helps. With my hirsutism the hairs seem to come in ingrown which is very painful. This Spearmint tea stops that from happening, so I know it's working. I have tried another brand but am not the least bit impressed, just doesn't have as much flavor or seem as fresh. My ONLY complaint is, it's not prime LOL.

Spearmint Loose Leaf Herbal Tea Wild Tea #19
I bought this in hopes of balancing my hormones and improving hirsutism. The taste is good not at all skunky. The only thing I can find to complain about is that it is very fine tea and does come out of my ultra fine filter, but it doesn't bother me to drink it anyway.I will come back after a while of drinking it to say whether or not it has improved my condition.
