Tricky
The rubber balls were stiff and not easy to squeeze, so using the cups was quite tiring. And the next day my face was covered in embarrassing ‘love bites’. But the method is very relaxing and feels as if it might be good for the circulation...I would just buy a softer, more user-friendly set, and be sure not to over-use.

Very disappointed
The quality of these are extremely disappointing. The glass is thisck and cheap making it difficult to use, and the same for the plastic ball.
