Revelation

Damn, why did I wait so long to get this album? Some would say it can't live up to Symbol of Salvation especially after the band had been apart for so many years. They'd be wrong. This is easliy one of the best in the Saint's catalogue. It kicks off strong with Pay Dirt, hammers through with After me, The Flood and slows down towards the end with mid-tempo yet grinding master-strokes like Deep Rooted Anger and Upon My Departure. Let's not forget the kick-as groove on Creepy feelings and the hook on Den of Tieves. Killer tracks all, not a dud in the bunch. Bush's voice is strong as always, and the music allows him a bit more freedom and fluidity than much of his work with Anthrax. The musicianship, as with all Saint albums, is spot on. This is wuickly moving up on my list of must have CD's. Get it now.

This is my first Armored Saint CD and I loved it. The metal here is so good and not overboard. I know these guys rode in the same circle as Metallica and Megadeth so I think this is where the guys succeed because bands like this and anyone else in their format really do rock my world. I am glad I got this and will be going after more music by this band.

Great heavy metal album from an overlooked and very underrated band. I had their first album ( cassette ) actually, and it rocked hard and heavy. That was the mid to late eighties. They have a lot of albums, the March of the Saint and Revelation are the only two I have heard, and they are as good as any Accept or U.D.O. Heavy and riffy, without the use of speed metal or "cookie monster" vocals.

Great reunion album Armored Saint returns in awesome fashion if you are a fan of any of the saints past records you will not be disappointed with revelations all of the great hard driving power metal Armored Saint is known for is here on this record don't hesitate buy it now.

I love this one, but there's a missing song in this edition ("Medieval nightmares").

One of the most underrated bands of all time.. these guys kickass.. and one of my favorite bands of all time .. if you buy this album or anyone of their other albums you won’t be disappointed!!
