Hyland's Leg Cramp PM

My leg cramps were so bad, I couldn't sit! Painful whether driving or sitting on passenger seat. Both the PM and AM helped me BIG time :) Since you put them under your tongue, within the minute it's effective in decreasing intensity of pain and enjoy sleep (PM), driving (AM) with and doing my chores. I used them regularly for 2 weeks, now I seldom use them. No sie effects, so give them a try. BTW painkillers like ibuprofen did not help! Hyland Keg Cramps PM and AM did:) Plus ibuprofen is bad for your liver if you consume it regularly for a long period.

I know my leg cramps are about to flare up when it feels like a small finger is poking my calves in different places. If I do nothing, it won't be long before my foot starts to turn in from a cramp. If I take a pill or 2 these little miracle workers, it all goes away within minutes. Another thing it helps with is morning leg cramps. Apparently, I stretch my legs when I wake up. I never noticed till it started to cause my toes to separate and curl from a debilitating cramp that would make me jump out of bed. You get sick of waking up like this real quick. If I take 2 pills before bed, I have a pretty good chance I can wake up in peace. If I sleep in on the weekends its a bit of a crap shoot. I have never had any sort of adverse effects from taking these. Probably the only supplement/non prescription type drug I've ever taken that gave me results in less than 5 minutes. Give it a shot

I am an avid walker and a cyclist. I regularly suffer from leg cramps soon after I fall asleep. I endured this for many years. I would either stand up, walk around a little, or consume Saltsticks capsule. Most of the time I can go back to sleep. The difference with these pills is that when you start feeling that you are about to get cramps, you just pop two pills under the tongue and the cramps don't even start. Even if I get the cramps suddenly, I just take the pills, and I will recover within seconds or a maximum of couple of minutes. I won't even know, but I would have drifted back into sleep. I don't take these pills proactively - only when I feel cramps are going to start or after the cramps start. Hard to believe, yes, these pills are truly effective for my body. They don't taste like anything, no smell, and I won't even know when they would melt and I swallow. I can't recommend these pills enough. Why suffer when you could be sleeping well? I am very happy that I came across this product.

I sometimes get restless legs at night and this does seem to help I do like that they are Pleasant tasting and dissolve quickly in your mouth it usually doesn't take long to get relief so I think it is a good product overall and a good value for the money I keep it on hand

I have gotten leg cramps my whole life, I've tried all kinds of things to help elevate the pain and by far Hyland's Leg Cramps help the most. Doctors don't exactly know why my legs cramp but she is happy that these help. I've been using them for over 30 years as needed for my severe lag cramps, they are easy to take and dissolve under my tongue. Easy to carry and they work fast on my pain and are very helpful.

I have fibro and my legs always hurt ..these pills relieves alot !

Great product for my calves that usually cramp up after walking for a mile, when doing calf stretches before and after my walk doesn’t work. The tablets quickly dissolve under the tongue. I may have to follow up with an additional dose or 2 if the cramping is severe. It really works!
