B-Sure Anal Leakage Pads, Box/24 Pads

wasnt sure as some people said they were ok and others they are useless.i think for they are ok for small leaks and would buy again.

Just a total waste of money, and no way of a refund as I've used a few. As 'Newton' says below, many people are using them incorrectly, so... based on his review I decided to take the plunge and use them as per the instructions as intended. As soon as I pulled up my underclothes it moved slightly. I went for a 2-mile walk and it had completely moved and felt very uncomfortable. My wife (who doesn't need them I hasten to add) tried them, and had the same result. All they are... is a very small, flimsy, felt piece of material. Cheap as anything. A big con. I would strongly advise people to avoid this and save your money.

This is quite a unique product that gets me through the day as I like to walk , these make that so much more comfortable and enjoyable , These do exactly what they say they will on the box and in the description , There is no other product out there like these highly recommended

Good for fistula seton leaks but no good for bowel leaks. A dab of Vaseline will hold it in place or sudocrem. I thought it would be useful for accident leak - and they didn’t really work for me. However - they are working for seton drainage. What would make it better is a slight adhesive on the edges and a slightly thicker material.

My husband has said that these B-Sure Anal Leakage Pads are great (much better than using toilet paper. B-Sure are extremely Comfortable & Soft. B-Sure are very Absorbent, except using one isn't enough, my husband finds using three sandwich together is so much better & works really well. B-Sure are extremely costly for what they are, but worth the comfort during post op Surgery and for a Leaky Bloody Bum. I think that by the sounds of it my husband has said they should be made at least three times as thick really & for the same price..! It's shocking value really for what you get, there isn't hardly anything else available. He has gone through a pack a day. Don't be embarrassed Ladies & Gents Bleeding from your back passage is more common than what you think, don't leave it & ignore it get yourself checked immediately. My husband wears Tena Mens Absorbent Protector Pads too, although they are for incompetence, he uses them the other way around & works extremely well too. Using both products together gives him more confidence. Given Three Stars, Far Too Thin... Extremely Expensive for what they are. Got to put three together to get the right level absorbency... After 8 changes, in one day, ouch on the pocket, got to start another box. Definitely Recommend For If You Have A Problem, Just Be Prepared To Pay The Price... Apologies for if you have found this embarrassing... Help Is Here For You... Everyone is different...

Can’t really see how there’s much difference between these very very thin pads and a few sheets of toilet paper, they don’t stay in position either

Fabulous, my arse was bleeding like a stuck pig following an abscess. Saved me from a lot of embarrassing butt prints on everything I say on. Would recommend.

Useless. Does not stay in place.
