Bought this for my sister's wedding which was way up in the woods in the middle of nowhere. My husband being a sound guy told me this was the set to get. You don't want cheap when you go with sound you want quality. For us the price was worth it for the quality Shure provides. You could hear everything said at my sister's wedding. No popping or cracking or wind noise. We are happy with what we got.

I love this product it works awesome out of the box, but if you need more channels it is fixed so make sure you get the right one for your area they provide info on how to find it. PRICE needs to drop though there is another company going to give you a run for your customers and I am one of them... But I love shure for a small church this one is decent price beyind this is to high. small churches are the back bone of Americas churches so mega churches may use youre product, but I would be thinking volume... con. that is the only one for me

I use this at church to sing while playing keyboard. The sound quality & signal strength is much better than the off-brand version that I had been using. Shure makes quality mics. We have many, no issues with signal interference running 6 wireless Shure mics. The headset stays securely in place, as does the mic. Unlike previous headsets I’ve used, this one has a stiffer wire that keeps the mic in place, even while moving.

This has been working pretty well so far. There has been a little issues with it here and there when in use.

I finally had to replace my first one of these after years of rough load ins and outs, and butter fingers drops. I bought a new one and to my disappointment it didn't work. Cut in and out and had no distance to speak of. I ordered a replacement, ordering the exact same item, and this one had the exact same issues. Amazon has a way to contact the seller which I did and wow, fantastic customer service by shure. The agent asked which band I ordered as they offer 3 different ones. I had no idea what difference this made. He looked up my area and informed me the band I got won't work in my area. He suggested I order the 9. So I did a return on the replacement one and ordered a new one in 9 band. Have used it twice and it's perfect. Sorry about long post, but wanted to point out 2 things. First shures service was fantastic and second I would recommend contacting them before you buy to find which of the 3 bands you should order for your area. When you get the right one you we I'll love. Amazing range, excellent sound!!

This is not a shure microphone. I don’t know if shure is manufacturing sub par products for amazon or if I received a defective/used unit. I bought this to replace a 2 year old shure headset microphone as a backup. I tested this unit out and it was terrible; cutting in and out, volume randomly shifting. Terrible. Sending it right back

I like the speaker it fits real good and its good and clear
