Doesn’t work
At first I tried using them straight away. Nothing happened other than the lights flashed on the power banks the way they would if they were working. I then decided to charge them thinking I couldn’t feel anything because they were low on power and still nothing. Product doesn’t work, very disappointed.And no replacement gel pads.Not even worth the one star I’ve had to give.

Main part with the 6 pads doesn’t work at all with any remote and OF COURSE THE REPLACEMENT GELL PADS WERE MISSING!Awkward for such a company as Amazon

It was really showing its effects but got stopped working after 7 days. I had to return it.
