Perfect fit! I searched everywhere for globe with a 4" neckless opening that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Our old glass one broke many years ago! This is a great buy!

Hit the mark
Looks great for what I’m using it for which is replacement porch light globe. I would normally prefer glass but you can’t even tell the difference.

Can't tell the difference between this and the glass globe from the 70s!
I have an old lamp from the 70's from one of my best friends grandmother. I was so upset when I knocked the globe off the top and it smashed into a million pieces. I had nothing to measure and thought I would never find a "lipless" globe that just sets on top of this lamp. I took a shot at the sizing from my memory and when this showed up and fit 100% perfect I was stoked! The light comes through it just like it did on the glass one. You would never know the difference! THANK YOU.

It's only Globe that I could find which is consistent with advertised 4 in. Neckless Opening.I bought several different 8 in. White Globes, no one fit.Price is pretty high for Acrylic though.

Great replacement for glass!
My daughter broke the glass one we had prior and this was a fine replacement and FAR more kid-proof. Very happy with it!

This globe looks very similar to glass but without the danger
This globe solved a problem where previous glass globes kept falling off due to ice. It looks good--really one cannot tell it is not glass!
