Very good purchase. We bought 4 chairs for Rs 3560 with some good cash back during the prime day Happy about the purchase! :) The chairs are sturdy. Can easily hold heavy and obese people. (I myself weigh 105 kgs) The chairs are heavy and the design and colour are very good The packing and transportation were very reasonable thanks to the Retail EZ seller (Amazons own? I presume) and the Delhivery 3 rd party transportation did a fabulous Job They brought it by and large safely and handed it over 3 days ahead of the seller's promised due date. We were keeping our fingers crossed as the product had to travel all the way from UP/Delhi via Haryana towards our place (Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu). We were relieved that the chairs weren't damaged or broken and infact had been packed reasonably well Very comfortable and worthy, a purchase A couple of things for the seller & the manufacturer to focus 1. The area around the curved part of the arm support which joins the back, was unpacked. That area had suffered some scratches and micro dents on all the four chairs. The arms must be fully packed with sponge which in my opinion won't cost more than a few more rupees or a hundred or two which they can add to the pricing. This will ensure 100% safety during the transportation ensuring no small scratches, no dents or nil damages too. Thanks. 2. Feedback for the Manufacturer. The two ends at the bottom of the back connecting back with the seat and the legs AND the area in between the holes on the back have unfinished plastics sharper uneven portions left unwiped,uncut, unsmoothened. This can be dangerous and may cut the hands while wiping or cleaning the chair. Please cut and finish off these edges smoothly to make it 100% perfect. Thanks

Defective product I need repair or replacement

A little heavy chair compared to our previous chairs of Cello but very sturdy as well. Delivery and packaging were on par. Totally satisfied

Seat area is quite good and sitting is comfortable. However, the finish is quite poor and has spots at few places. Not happy with the product. Non returnable product, only replacement allowed. Not sure what the replacement would be like and delivery to my place (Durgapur, WB) takes about 10 days. Hence keeping the product with dissatisfaction.
