Ich dachte zwar wir können uns dem Hype Heißluftfritteuse entziehen, aber das war wohl nichts :-) Wir benutzen schon seit Jahren keine herkömmliche Fritteuse mehr obwohl wir gerne Pommes, Nuggets, Wedges etc. essen. Da wir einen neueren leistungsstarken Umluftherd haben, war das auch nie ein Problem und das Ergebnis war meiner Meinung nach mit dem einer herkömmlichen Fett- oder Ölfritteuse vergleichbar. Der Grund weshalb wir uns jetzt eine Heißluftfritteuse zugelegt haben war hauptsächlich da die Kinder seit sie in die Schule gehen gerne eine Aufbackbreze oder Aufbacksemmeln mit in die Schule nehmen. Für die 2 Teile immer den herkömmlichen Backofen zu benutzen war mir dann doch ein Dorn im Auge. Mit der Instant Vortex Plus geht es doch auch deutlich schneller (ca. halbe Zeit), kostengünstiger und effizienter. Je nach Teil und Größe bekommt man z. B. 3 Semmeln bzw. 2 Brezen in ein Fach. Man wird zwar derzeit überall von Werbung für die Ninja Produkte zugeballert, aber ich habe mich für dieses Exemplar entschieden, da hier der meiner Meinung nach entscheidende Vorteil die Sichtfenster und der beleuchtete Innenraum (an/aus durch Knopfdruck bzw. nach ca. 1 Minute von selbst wieder aus) sind, so muss man zur Überprüfung des Fortschritt nicht jedes Mal die Fächer öffnen. Die Verarbeitung ist spitze, die Bedienung einfach und selbsterklärend, die Reinigung Dank der Antihaftbeschichtung einfach. Dank warehouse Deal und 20 % Extra Rabatt auf warehouse Deals konnte ich einen richtigen Schnapper machen. Alles was wir bisher zubereitet haben gelang wie vorher im Umluftofen auch, nur eben schneller. Nach ein wenig rumprobieren haben wir unsere Zubereitungszeiten raus. Mittlerweile kommt sie mindestens einmal am Tag zum Einsatz. Als nächstes werde ich mal Kuchen und selbstgemachtes Brot ausprobieren.

Cette friteuse à air sans huile Instant Pot (on va dire 'air fryer' pour aller plus vite !) est parfaite. J'en essayé plusieurs de grandes marques, y compris la marque au nom de guerrier japonais - leader sur le marché, et je m'en suis toujours débarrassé plus ou moins vite jusqu'à ce que je découvre cet air fryer Instant Pot Vortex Plus. La preuve : Jusqu'il y a peu, j'habitais à l'Étranger où j'avais acheté (bien sûr sur Amazon !) cet air fryer. Peu après mon retour en France, n'ayant pas le ramener avec moi, je me suis précipité pour l'acheter à nouveau ici. Un des grands avantages sont ces double tiroirs de cuisson de grande taille. Pour vous donner une idée (si la capacité en litre ne vous parle pas), vous pouvez facilement faire entrer une baguette à l'intérieur, du type de celles qu'on trouve prêtes à cuire chez Picard. Vous avez également une vitre transparente à l'avant de chaque tiroir pour suivre la cuisson de vos aliments sans avoir besoin d'ouvrir les tiroirs. Je regrette peut-être que ces vitres soient un peu petites et que la poignée de chaque tiroir bloque légèrement la vision. C'est le seul reproche que je peux faire à cet air fryer. Vous avez plusieurs types de cuisson: Friture (air fry), Rôtir (roast), Cuisson au four (bake), Réchauffer (reheat), Griller (grill), Déshydrater (dehydrate). Vous remarquez que toutes les instructions sur le panneau de la machine sont écrites en anglais. Quand on en a pris l'habitude, ça ne pose pas de problème, mais si vous avez un niveau d'anglais proche de zéro, vous aurez besoin d'un temps d'adaptation qui ne devrait pas être très long. Malheureusement, quelles que soient leurs origines, tous les air fryer sont logés à la même enseigne à ce niveau là. Grâce à ces deux tiroirs, vous pouvez cuisiner deux plats différents en même temps. Par exemple un poulet et des frites - qui demandent un type de cuisson, de température, et de temps de cuisson différents. Ou encore du pain et des croissants, etc. Vous pouvez demander à la machine de faire en sorte que les deux cuissons se terminent en même temps - c'est l'option 'Sync Finish'. Si vous mettez la même chose dans les deux tiroirs, vous n'avez pas besoin de fournir les informations de cuisson aux deux tiroirs. Il suffit de rentrer les données nécessaires (type de cuisson, température, durée de cuisson) pour un tiroir, puis de presser le bouton 'Sync Cook' et le tour est joué ! Bien entendu, vous n'êtes pas obligé(e) d'utiliser les deux tiroirs en même temps - vous pouvez très bien n'utiliser qu'un seul tiroir et ne pas toucher à l'autre. Lorsque vous lancez une cuisson, le air fryer va automatiquement calculer le temps de préchauffage nécessaire et vous informera quand vous pourrez ajouter les aliments dans le tiroir concerné - pour dire la vérité, je mets les aliments à cuire immédiatement, dès le préchauffage. Ça ne m'a jamais posé de problème. Pour les types de cuisson qui nécessitent que vous retourniez les aliments à mi-cuisson (friture - air fry, par exemple, idéal pour des frites), la machine vous préviendra par une série de bips sonores. Quand c'est fait, l'Instant Pot reprend la cuisson immédiatement. Attention ! Si vous ne retournez pas les aliments, la cuisson reprendra d'elle-même après environ 2 minutes. Quoique vous ayez à faire ou la commande que vous entrez, vous avez un texte (un par tiroir) qui confirme / informe, placé sous les informations de temps de cuisson et de température. Dans la dernière minute avant la fin de la cuisson, une lumière s'allume dans le tiroir concerné pour vous permettre de vérifier si tout va comme vous le souhaitez. Vous pouvez allumer / éteindre cette lumière à tout moment de la cuisson. Elle ne s'allumera automatiquement qu'en fin de cuisson. Bien entendu, vous pouvez à tout moment annuler une cuisson en cours ('Cancel'). Lorsque le air fryer n'est pas utilisé, l'écran de gestion de la machine s'éteint de lui-même au bout de quelques minutes - en fait, toute la partie supérieure. Pour le raviver, il suffit de toucher le cylindre / bouton central. C'est ce même bouton que vous utiliserez pour sélectionner température et temps de cuisson de chacun des tiroirs. Le constructeur conseille de ne pas laver les tiroirs de cuisson au lave-vaisselle. Dommage. Mais plutôt que de laver à la main, voilà un truc que j'ai trouvé en ligne et qui marche pour n'importe quel air fryer : Videz les miettes pour pourraient y être encore, puis mettez un peu de produit lavage de vaisselle à la main dans le tiroir sale, remplissez d'eau à mi-hauteur, puis replacez le tiroir à sa place dans l'Instant Pot Vortex Plus. Lancez alors une Cuisson 'Four' (bake) pour 15 minutes. Au bout de 15 minutes, retirez le tiroir, videz l'eau sale, rincez deux fois et voilà ! : votre tiroir est à nouveau propre et prêt à l'utilisation. Pour conclure : Pour moi, la meilleure friteuse à air sans huile aujourd'hui. N'hésitez plus : Vous ne le regretterez pas !
