I love this! It’s super comfortable and the length is good it covers my whole abdomen and doesn’t ride up. I wear it under my workout leggings and with a simple 10 minute workout it helps you sweat, like dripping out the sleeves! Also the underarm is like a vented mesh which I just think is so clever! I will be buying other sauna products like this one! I am very pleased and the quality is excellent for the price!

Form fitting, as soon as I received it I tried it on, and it appears to be very well made. I plan to use this while I’m exercising on my stationary bike and rowing machines with “sweet sweat” for a little extra thermogenesis. I can’t wait to use it tomorrow for my morning workout. To note I’m 5ft 8 in and I currently weight 196.6, I ordered the x-large and it fit, fits, it’s especially tight on the arms but I suspect that will become better as I lose a few pounds.

Although I have lost about 100 lbs. My arms are pretty big. I am not sure if I will be able to use it. I might have to gift it.Update 3/2022:Just wanted to date my review. I was disappointed when I first got it because my arms would not fit, especially my right, it has always been bigger than my other one; something I have always hated. Anyways, I stored it away and I continued my arm workout. About two months ago I came across it whilst cleaning out my closet and tried it on again. To my surprise, I was able to get my arms through. Both of my arms slid in, my left took some effort, I had to inch it on but got it through. It was a bit snug at first but after about a month of using it I can put it on better. Still snug but not uncomfortable and it definitely makes you sweat. Glad I didn’t gift it!

It wasn’t true to size. Not one hit comfortable and I rather have my money back than reorder.

I bought it to make my arms sweat but I think I sweat more with the sweat top that I bought at Walmart.

I won’t do cardio without this on! I start to sweat within 10 min when on the elliptical. By time I’m finished I’m dripping in sweat, it’s crazy. I love it! I got a medium which is perfect, it’s right on the stomach but not too restrictive. Tighter on the shoulders so i wouldn’t do an arm workout in it personally. It’s lightweight which is great. 10/10 would recommend!
